Soaring vaulted ceilings and huge windows allow you to take full advantage of the amazing mountain views. Wrap around deck boasts stunning mountain views and even a little inlet view.
Gorgeous quartz and marble countertops throughout. Stylish and clean white shaker cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. All high end finishes and everything is new. Large 55" Samsung UHDTV in living room. Additional flat screen tv in the larger bedroom.
It is situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Alyeska Ski Resort Day Lodge, Jack Sprat Restaurant, The famous Sitzmark Restaurant & Bar, and The Bake Shop.
This unit is attached to a new home. The main home is also available to rent for larger parties VRBO/1549326 . Maximum sound protection between units including insulation and channel mounted wallboard between all common walls will ensure a quiet, peaceful stay.
Please note sleeping accommodations are as follows: one queen bed in master and a twin over full bunkbed in the smaller bedroom. THIS UNIT WILL NOT SLEEP 5 ADULTS. For a party of five, at least two people MUST be small enough to SHARE a FULL bed.

The place was very clean, had a nice view, and was in a convenient location. It was private inside but from the deck you could see the neighbors on both sides, wasn’t a big deal for us but for some it might be. Washer & dryer were handy to have, and the place was well decorated and the kitchen well appointed. There was parking for a guest vehicle in the driveway. We liked the place and would recommend it.

The place was very nice and had everything we needed. It looked just like the pictures. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Be aware that that it is attached to another unit, so you need to be conscience of noise you make and you may hear them a bit.

The location of the property is unique with a beautiful view. The property is newly finished and was clean. The primary issue was lack of details one would expect such as household basics - coffee filters, bathroom towels, etc.

Hopefully there are more clear directions on the property especially for the client who will arrive late in the night. For example, to place an address plate in a more visible spot and to have a long lasting light instead of an automatic light to avoid any accident in walking towards the property.

It was a strange set up. The property was otherwise excellent, the views and everything but you can not talk amongst yourself after 9pm because the owner living downstairs has a room upstairs and you share probably a plain particle-board in-between. This is in no way sound proof in any which way. The owner would aggressively knock the door after 9pm if you talk. Although we live down-under in Australia, we don’t go to bed at 9.00pm. Does everyone go to bed at 9.00pm?

Christy place was beautiful and clean. The apartment is on the second floor and has a wooden walkway connecting it to the driveway. The view from the living area is spectacular. The place is beautiful decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. Christy was cordial and professional during correspondences.
