"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. "We enjoyed our stay at Ona Valle Romano. There are a number of self catering apartments with reception and 2 restaurants. We were very happy with our apartment which had a good balcony overlooking the golf course. We did not have any meals but breakfast and evening meals are provided. The WiFi worked well, although there was only one channel on the TV in English. Good hot water. There is free parking outside the accommodation, only problem is later in the evening it is difficult to find a spot."

"Location was excellent although a bit noisy at night (double glazing wasn’t very soundproof) Could do with a few little blemishes sorted out but on the whole a good place to stay!"

"I was not happy that this huge resort that was almost empty ( low season of November / floods) and yet I was assigned a room that had a door separating it from the next one ( junior suite) occupied by family with little kids. Annoyed little with noise. I would have complained but noise stopped around 9:00 PM which was bearable. The staff were very friendly. "
