Rapport qualité confort emplacement prix au top
Maison bien équipée, calme et confortable, sans fioritures, rien à redire. proximité plage, parc enfants, centre-ville, marché. Puisque rien n’est parfait, le jardin mériterait un meilleur entretien et un ménage un peu plus en détail. Très bonne relation avec l’agence, dispo, arrangeant et sympa.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, da fußläufig alles erreichbar war. Bis zum Becken waren es nur paar Schritte für uns und unseren Hund einfach ideal. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

La maison est très bien située et les espaces intérieurs sont spacieux. Cependant, tout cela mériterait un rafraichissement avec un effort particulier sur les extérieurs qui ne sont pas à la hauteur du tarif demandé.

Location très agréable et calme, plage à deux pas de la maison. Habitation ayant le charme des maisons anciennes du Bassin. Pièce de vie et chambres spacieuses. Conformité à la description de l'annonce. Se rendre en centre ville à vélo ou en marchand est plaisant car les routes sont adaptées. Belle adresse sur Andernos pour un séjour en famille !

Une maison idéalement située dans un quartier très tranquille ! Prendre son vélo pour les déplacements est un plus (pistes cyclables vers le centre, les commerces, les villages et les plages alentours) !

Villa Tam Tam : Décevant
Très bon emplacement pour cette villa, près des commerces et proximité de la plage ce qui rend le séjour agréable. Je tiens tout de même a apporté quelques précisions sur les photos qui ne reflètent pas la réalité, je qualifie cela de "tromperie"car non actualisées. La chambre où il semblait il y avoir 2 lits en 90 sont en fait des lits d'enfants superposés avec barreau qui ont été dédoublés donc cela ne convient pas pour des adultes. Le barbecue est inutilisable en l'état, dommage car cela avait aussi influencé notre choix pour cette location, extérieur sale non entretenu, pas très accueillant. La propreté intérieure laissant elle aussi à désirer. Décevant compte tenu du prix de la location.

villa très agréable conforme au descriptif. La localisation est superbe, plage commerces centre ville, tout à pied., et un environnement calme. merci pour les jeux de société , le wifi, et l equipement parfait de la villa.( chaise enfant, transats, nombreuses couettes,possibilité de manger dehors même si il pleut grace à la veranda..) nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Maison Propre spacieuse pour une famille de 5 pers. Bien équipée et agréable a vivre. La boulangerie est a 3 minutes a pieds au bout de la rue. Le prestataire de service qui vous accueille (les locs du bassin) est très réactif. (Panne de chauffe eau qui s’était mis en sécurité rétabli dans l'heure).

Charmante maison parfaitement adaptee pour notre famille de 5 personnes. La proximité avec la mer est un veritable atout. Quartier très calme et suffisamment proche du centre ville. Propriétaire facilement joignable et reactif . Je recommande cette location pour de belles vacances familiales.

Maison de vacances très bien située: proximité du bassin d'Arcachon, des pistes cyclables et du centre d'Andernos. De plus, excellente boulangerie pâtisserie à 5 mn à pieds. Quant au logement lui-même, il offre un équipement de qualité avec de plus un équipement wifi qui n'était pas annoncé.

Très bien situé et très confortable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine hors saison. La situation géographique d'Andernos a été pour nous optimale pour rayonner jusqu'au Cap Ferret, Bordeaux, Dune du Pilat, Arcachon. La maison est très cosy, literie et équipement cuisine parfait. Nous avons eu un accueil très agréable à notre arrivée.
