THE ENTRANCE
Having parked right outside the entrance, you’ll no doubt be feeling the excitement. Eager to get inside and check out your new home for the first time. As soon as you step inside, you’ll be able to see and smell the newness of everything in the house, and appreciate the time and effort your hosts have put in to make everything perfect.

THE FAMILY GATHERING AREA
As the title suggests, this space is ideal for gatherings, maybe for a film night or streaming binge. Or to make plans for what you’ll do tomorrow. However you choose to use this bright and attractive space, there’s plenty of comfortable seating here plus a large TV with access to streaming services. So sit back and relax.

KITCHENETTE
Right next to the living area is a kitchenette with an island and mealtimes are always exciting times when you’re staying away from home. All the appliances in the kitchen are brand new of course, and there’s storage space and cookware aplenty to ensure everyone can enjoy their favorites. An island gives you somewhere you can sit to watch the cook in your group do their thing. Or maybe you’ll use it to enjoy morning coffees and snacks.

REMOTE WORKING?
There are plenty of places you can use to get some work done. With the whole house served by fast wifi, take your pick of the seating areas inside and outside.

2 BEDROOMS
We’ll leave you to decide who sleeps where. Maybe you’ll pick your rooms before you get here or when you arrive. Either way, know that every bed in every room will be presented to the highest standards, offering comfortable memory foam mattresses and quality bedding and pillows to ensure you can rest and recharge after the adventures of your day and be ready for whatever you’ve got planned tomorrow.

You’ll also find plenty of closet and drawer space in which to store your clothing, so there’s absolutely no need to live out of your suitcase when you stay here. Unpack and make yourselves at home!

BATHROOMS
A brand new house with a full bathroom with a shower. Towels will be provided for all guests to use, so there’s no need to try and squeeze your own into your bags.

LAUNDRY
All those activities are sure to lead to clothes getting a little dirty. But you can handle all your laundry in the house with a dedicated space with a washer and dryer close to the kitchen.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Living in the woods near a lake, you’ll want to experience the great outdoors and soak up the wonderful views. Plus you have your private dock and access to the lake to enjoy - everything you need to create amazing memories.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the 2BR apartment property adjoining the main house.

*Note that there is an adjoining 4BR home with its own private entrance. Please let us know if you would like to rent the additional bedrooms!

- Damages may have fees assessed.
- Person renting the property must be 25 or older.
