This amazing Private Estate on the Sacramento River has over 180 feet of Riverfront with over one acre of property, Here you can enjoy a game of corn hole, do some fly fishing, or just relax on the deck. Enjoy grilling up your fresh catch of trout or salmon and then cool off in the large pool, or maybe just soak in the hot-tub while you enjoy your family and friends under the stars.

There is plenty of room to sleep your whole group or extended family here at Riverside Homestays in Anderson, CA. Conveniently located close to Exit 670 of Interstate 5, just past the Gaia Hotel. Feel safe and secure away from all the stress of the city with plenty of room to park. There is even a 50amp outlet where you can charge your Electric Vehicle! The grass just outside of our front gate even allows you room to park a boat or trailer off the street too! Inside, we have an executive kitchen and open plan living areas with full glass windows to still enjoy the amazing view in air-conditioned comfort. In the winter, you can warm yourself by the fireplace and catch a game on the TV.

The estate includes the 2500 sq.ft 3 bedroom house and a 1br cottage on the west and another 1br studio apartment on the east. The beds are ready to sleep on, even if you arrive late. Before you arrive, you will be given a code to unlock the doors.

This is a non-smoking property but you may smoke outside on the river deck or, if it's raining, on the back patio outside the kitchen. Pets are allowed with a $50 fee per pet, but please do not leave your dog unattended, unless you crate your dog whenever you want to leave him inside alone. Dogs are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.

If you bring children, please be concerned about their safety around the pool. We can set up a guardian fence but inquire about the extra fee involved to use that. Never allow your children to use the pool or hot tub nor play outside without adult supervision.
