"I had a good stay, there was an issue with the roof leaking in a heavy rain storm but was dealt with promptly. I was given another room and it in no way affected the stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating and adding an additional day to my stay was not a problem."

"This was the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. And such an incredibly charming owner, Brendan, who made our stay even better. He took care of EVERY detail of this gorgeous place - from a detailed book of everything to do in the area to an incredible bathroom that included a rain shower that I just didn't want to leave in the morning. I can't say enough great things about this hotel! Truly a masterpiece! We can't wait to come back!"

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"24 hours prior to check in (4 pm), I messaged the host to ask how we check in. No response. We had no trouble locating the property, but once there, we could not get in. The door was locked. There was no key. There was a lock box, but no code was provided. There is no cell reception at the property. We left to message the host for more info. Eventually, the host responded by sending us the address. but no acknowledgement about how to enter the cabin. We returned to the property again around 9 pm...

"This place is in one of the nicest places in the Catskills close to a number of hiking trails. Very efficient utilization of living space and lots of open space to play and do other activities. Good office where you can get a number of games to play. Very prompt service from the host. Few utensils can be added to the kitchen."
