"Arrived at 02:30 in the morning but the lad on 24hr reception was alert, helpful, friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way! "

"This was a hotel I booked for my boyfriend as a birthday present, the hotel couldn’t have been better. The lady at the front desk was so lovely & accommodating, she also gave us a lovely gift for my partners birthday celebrations. The location couldn’t have been better it was located near everything we wanted to go to, we just walked and used public transport everywhere!! The room was gorgeous and one of my favourites I’ve stayed in in Europe! "

The only thing i can say is that event though it was off season and the hotel was clearly not fully booked, they didnt let me extend checkout time even for an hour.
