"The staff were great. Check-in was easy and quick, but the TV in our first room didn't work, so we were moved to the room next door quickly. The hotel is starting to show its age. Our door would not open from the outside when we were returning from breakfast. I discovered that I had to pull the door handle up to unlock the door.
