Beautiful Property in Paradise
We had AMAZING week at Kettlestone. Michael is a great host and has the home equipped with everything you may need for your stay. From the first day we booked he was always available to answer questions and guide us to what we would need for our week stay. He made everything go super smooth. The home is very very comfortable, beautiful, spacious and clean. We went to relax so we had Zemi cook for us everyday and Michette, the daily housekeeper, are as great as Michael. What a team! Zemi cooks delicious and most important, does it with lots of love. We had homemade deserts every night and her hot sauce is the best! So good we took home with us. We can’t wait to go back to Kettlestone!!!!

Stunning stay! Our experience at Kettleston was beyond exceptional. The breathtaking views, luxurious accommodations, and impeccable service made it truly unforgettable. The highlight was undoubtedly the talented chef Zemi who delighted our taste buds with culinary masterpieces every day. Michete brightened our afternoons and created a welcoming environment. Michael was always “at the ready” to help make our experience unforgettable. We fished, laid in the sun, soaked in the pool and relaxed in paradise. We felt like royalty, pampered and catered to in every way. A dream vacation come true… we are definitely coming back!

REALLY A BEAUTIFUL ESTATE!
Gorgeous and I mean GORGEOUS property. Pretty much exactly as nice as it looks in the photos. No surprises which we really appreciated. Owner Mike made homemade pizzas and the in-house chef Zemi cooked meals which were all FAR BEYOND what one could find in a restaurant. Really lovely lady too! Zemi and Michette worked daily and took care of literally everything. Mike arranged all excursions which were super. If you truly want a luxurious vacation in paradise, this is the place!!!

Quiet, Welcoming & Peaceful
Our stay at KettleStone did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had just the right amount of space for both privacy and family time. There was plenty to do, on and off the property and a variety of options to choose from - if the weather was fickle. Some highlights included DIY snorkeling with the boat, beach days at Somerset, bone fishing with Jamal and pizza night with Zemi and Michael. All that said, the staff was out of this world... friendly, knowledgeable, funny, welcoming and hard working. The food was delicious, fresh and made with love. Michette and Zemi are the BEST. We left with full hearts and refueled tanks.

Highly recommend this masterpiece villa with breathtaking views, relaxing paradise environment & fabulous people! We just returned, from another perfect stay, fully rejuvenated. Mike provided thorough info before & during our visit to ensure we had the best time. Zemi prepared the most delicious meals & her hospitality was over the moon, including making yummy extras. Michette provided excellent housekeeping, keeping the villa spotless & going out of her way to make us feel welcomed & cared for. Mike, Zemi & Michette all provided exquisite hospitality & made us feel like family! Can’t say enough great things about each of them & this stunning property. The tranquility of Kettlestone is divine. We loved enjoying the pool with waterfall & hot tub, star gazing on the dock & viewing marine life with the green dock light at night, pizza from the brick pizza over, fresh coconuts harvested & cut by Jonas, using the great van to visit Captain Bill’s Blue Hole & fun ride around the island in the villa's boat. Can’t wait to return for a 4th visit!

Had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful. Having access to the water, boat and minivan really enhanced our stay. Michet kept everything clean and spotless with daily fresh bed and towels. Zeme provided gourmet meals that would please any foodies. Michael our host was always available to be of assistance and point us in the right direction. A truly memorable vacation experience. Paradise surrounds you!
Mike and his wonderful staff (I don't like the word staff because Zemi and Michet treat you as family!) go out of there way to set you up for sucess. The Villa is open to the pool then the ocean and just makes you relax. Zemi makes amazing meals as a well as K' Lee and Porsha (They treat you as family as well!) Please don't go and cook for yourself, you will miss some amazing food! Mike ha sthis place dialed and will set up everything for you (give him advanced notice as Andros has limited everything.) Not a better place on Andros!

An AMAZING Adventure
I will try my best to put our experience into words, but words are hard to come by when you get to Andros Island and especially KettleStone Villa. The first and most important thing to mention…. The people of Andros. We have never experienced such hospitality and friendliness as the Bahamian people. They are the definition of truly happy, and peaceful people. While this island is the most noncommercialized place we have visited, the host Michael, and staff Zemi, Mechette, and Jonas showed our group of 8 adults a 5 star level of hospitality. You will not find a more perfect place in the Bahamas, whether you are there to relax, or for constant adventure. We spent 4 days on the boat exploring the island, reefs, and shorelines. The van was an added bonus that allowed us to explore blue holes and land adventures. The villa itself is breathtaking. The pride Michael takes in his property and hospitality is unparalleled. The snorkeling is top notch. Bruce the Barracuda and the tarpon visits under the dock makes for a fun relaxing show at night. DO NOT pass up the opportunity of Zemi’s meals. Unbelievable is the only word for her cooking. 2 things to be sure you pack, sunscreen and bug spray. Lots of both! Also a very important thing to know, there are no banks on the island. Bring plenty of cash. The people need cash spent on the island if you eat out, or buy from local shops. I could go on for days, but words will not do, you have to experience KettleStone and Andros yourself to understand. You will not regret it. Thank you Michael, Zemi, Mechette, and Jonas for the most unforgettable trip of a lifetime.

Your own private resort!
We recently returned from an incredible stay at Kettlesone with our host Mike and his awesome support team Zemi and Michette. We wanted for nothing!! Every meal was prepared for us, the property was always kept clean and any request or question was not only taken care of in the most professional, sincere way but we would be provided with options. Mike takes great care to truly engage his guests and provides an extremely welcoming environment. Zemi told us stories, gave us great advise,and always prepared delicious meals and we all enjoyed her company. Michette was also such a joy to have with us during our stay and made sure we were always having a “ fun day “ with her big smile. The property itself is spectacular!!! Pictures do not do it justice. We used the boat!! Easy to operate. Fishing and exploring. We used the pool!! Had it heated. Wonderful for a swim, day, or night. We used the hot tub!! Great place to relax the body after a fishing or exploring adventure. Many evenings the dock was our entertainment. Sit, have a drink, and watch the nature show at the end of dock. Kettlesone feels like your own private resort with something extra. The extra is the people whom make you feel like you are not just guests but friends sharing an extraordinary experience. We miss them!!

A highlight of our Caribbean experience
An absolute gem that could easily be twice the price. The team were fabulous and made us feel like family. The style of stay is of having the exclusive use of a small, immaculately maintained resort. There were always staff on hand to assist. The owner, Mike, is the de facto mayor of Andros island, and knows and is known by everyone we met there. Michette and Zemi provide cooking and cleaning, but are also extremely well connected on the island and were able to make wonderful referrals, and are creative, fun, and funny. In this trip we are visiting 5 islands and staying in 6 villas, and this was easily the highest quality and most fun experience. My 6-year-old daughter keeps asking when Zemi’s birthday is so she can send her a card. I hesitate to write this because the property already does most of its business with repeat customers - I hate to make it less available to us in future!

Best Villa Experience We Have Ever Had
My family and I have stayed in villas all over the world, and Kettlestone was by far the best in terms of overall experience. The property is beautiful, the staff is friendly and dedicated to anticipating and responding to guests' every need. Most appreciated was the owner/staff's flexibility regarding our preferences. We were at Kettlestone for a month, and were working during the day, and we found the environment conducive to that (good internet, good cell service). The villa chef, Zemi, prepared delicious meals for us most nights; we recommend that you take advantage of this service as there are very few restaurants on Andros. Michette did a great job keeping the villa clean and also shopping for us, going to great lengths sometimes to find items we requested. We loved our experience so much that we booked again for next year, which pretty much says it all. No more looking for the perfect place to escape to during the winter; Kettlestone is it!

Making lemonade out of lemons!
Unfortunately we did not get to experience the property yet. We had all our flights cancelled by Southwest and spent 24 hours trying to figure out a way to get to our vacation that we had been planning for a year. Try as we might we finally threw in the towel. All the while the property manager, Michael was in the loop. He offered suggestions and worked with us the entire way. When we realized there was nothing to be done he offered a solution. We pushed our trip forward to Aug. it’s not really the time of year we wanted to be there, but we still get to go!! Looking forward to our now summer vacation! Thanks Michael for all your help and being so flexible!! We looking forward to meeting you and enjoying the house this summer!!

Private Oasis with a Chef
I truly do not know where to start with this review. Everything was so amazing. Michael (owner) responded quickly to every inquiry prior to arrival and is extremely helpful and kind. Zemi is the chef for the beautiful home. We had her do breakfast, lunch and dinner every day because she is an amazing cook with such variety and options for everyone in our party. Plus, we always wanted her around. Her food, spirit and loving personality made this place as close to "all-inclusive" as you can get! Mechette (helped to clean the house daily and grocery shop, which is not an easy task on the island) was always a burst of sunshine! She kept us laughing and has a great relationship with Zemi, which was very fun to see. The house has a beautiful pool and hot tub. The boat was there for our use and Michael was super helpful showing us the tips and tricks of its use. We had a van to drive around to Zemi's favorite island spots/secrets. We went with two other couples (mid-30 year olds) and seriously had the best time! I could go on and on about the positives, but you will not regret your stay at Kettlestone. We plan to return in the next year or so with the whole family! Random fact: Beds are VERY comfortable! This is not always the case in VRBOs or resorts. If it is going to be bug season, please pack lots of BUG SPRAY as the "no-see-ems" can get ya! We cannot wait to return!!

Truly Amazing!
There aren’t words to adequately describe this experience. My family had the time of our lives. The house and property are truly special and we feel fortunate to have found this and Mike, Zemi and Michette. Not only is this a beautiful well maintained home overlooking crystal clear blue waters (with hammock waiting at the pier), it is an opportunity to experience a quiet natural island with amazing people. Thank you so much Mike for opening this home to us and for your assistance with activities and food. You and your crew seem to think of everything. Zemi is an amazing cook and we enjoyed our time with her. We had Zemi prepare all of our meals while there. Definitely take advantage of this option! Michette was always with a smile and tips for what to do and see, somehow knowing what each of us would enjoy. Great to have daily cleaning from her to keep all things tidy and comfortable. Mike arranged fishing excursions with Glaister who proved to be a master fisherman. My husband and son enjoyed their time with him. We also used the boat at Kettlestone for fishing after Zemi gave us a tour and tips. Mike was a pleasure to get to know and learn from. This was a special experience and we can’t wait to return!

Hidden Gem
Prior to staying at Kettlestone, we will admit, we were a bit nervous. It seemed almost too good to be true. The reviews were tremendous along with the pictures. Nevertheless, Kettlestone lived up to the hype. From check in to check out, everything was seamless. Mike has surrounded himself with amazing people who help make your stay delightful. Having Zemi cook for you is a must (not only because her food is delicious, but resources are also limited). Michette arrived every morning with a smile. She was full of tips for the island and kept our space clean and orderly. The groundskeeper Jonas kept the property beautiful and stocked us with delicious, fresh coconut water. Boat trips with Tono were another must. He truly knew the island and was proud of it. We had once in a lifetime experiences when he took us lobster spearing and conch diving with KJ. K’Lee made our special event dinners more special than we could’ve ever imagined. Her big personality and delicious food made for a great night. The island in and of itself was an insight to true island living. The locals were friendly, helpful, and more than proud of their island. Exploring it is a must. With that being said, being able to return to the villa and spend our afternoons relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of the turquoise water added to our experience. This vacation is not for people looking for the resort living of Nassau, but if you’re looking for an experience of a new environment and culture, Andros is the island to visit and we are very happy that we took the chance.

Forever memory
Thank you Michael for the amazing hospitality. Can’t say enough about Michael & his team, and how accommodating and easy to work with. The team at kettle stone was so great. Zimi made sure we had amazing food every day. She did an amazing job accommodating diet allergies as well. Machet made sure our rooms were clean and fresh daily. We had tons of laughs, they are such a dynamic duo. The property itself is amazing. Great for relaxing & water activities. Privacy is unparalleled You will feel like you have the island for yourself. Paradise in KettleStone
Our family vacation to KettleStone on Andros was absolutely perfect and we can't wait to return. And honestly, it's a tad difficult to know where to start in describing our time because it was all so wonderful. We're very appreciative to Mike for creating the paradise that is KettleStone and welcoming us to stay. Mike is the consummate host, an excellent communicator and helped arrange our trip so that we lacked for nothing. The villa and the grounds at KettleStone are magnificent (having a hard time coming up with the right descriptor here, fearing I'll understate) and you find yourself going into complete relaxation mode the moment you step foot on the property. Everything about the place - the rooms, the pool, the waterfront and the dock are beautiful and intentionally designed. The real "stars of the show" though are our beautiful friends Zemi and Michette, and we can't wait to catch up and laugh with them the next time we visit. Zemi is so much more than an amazing chef as she knows everything about the island, the water and the people. Michette is incredible, thoughtful and has a smile that makes you smile, all the time. Some of our favorite moments include hanging out with our new friends, spending time together connecting as a family down on the dock, fishing with Tanno (an absolute must - he'll put you on more fish than you can eat during your stay), snorkeling for conchs, jumping in Captain Bill's Blue Hole and exploring the various beaches on Andros. The food options provided at KettleStone are excellent. In addition to the amazing daily meals prepared by Zemi (she's an absolute wizard in the kitchen), we also enjoyed some of K'Lees delicious dinners. We were sad to leave, but were completely refreshed and satisfied when we did. Thank you to Mike, Zemi, Michette and Tanno for making our family time with you so memorable and special!
