Staff was wonderful, helpful, courteous and listened to our needs and concerns. Room was quaint, comfortable and clean at check in and remained cared for throughout my 1 week stay. Loved decor, spaciousness, and bathroom conveniences. Opening the window to view the street below was a beautiful way to start off the day. This is my second time staying at Hotel Pastel and I absolutely love it! The decor is so beautiful, and the staff are very polite. I even got an upgrade this time to a beautiful junior suite, which was amazing because it was my birthday trip. I love that there’s so many cute restaurants around and Trocadéro is not that far within walking distance. I will definitely continue to stay here whenever I come to Paris.
