The home has its own gate and one car garage. There are CCTV installed outside for the safety and security of the tenants. The main entrance door is equipped with card key sensor to unlock. Room 1: Master bedroom with queen-sized bed, vanity/study nook, nightstand, spacious closet, split-type airconditioner, and large windows.
Room 2: Large room with queen size bed and a single pull out bed. It can accommodate up to three people. It also has a vanity/study nook, split-type airconditioner, and large windows.

The host live besides the unit and can be contacted anytime. He has been travelling around the area and can give you inside information about the best spots in the city including restaurants, exclusive bars, malls, gyms, resorts, and even yoga studios.

The property was clean well managed and in excellent condition. the location was in an excellent location and easy to go Marquee Mall nearby and SM Mall. the owner was attentive and communicated very effectively when any issues came up. The apartment was in good condition and my wife react very positively to have the ability to have space for her family.
