"The entire staff was professional, enthusiastic, and welcoming. The room with 2 terraces was one of the nicest I have ever had the privilege to experience. The breakfast was included and had everything you would expect in a modern mountain atmosphere. We also dined at the “cafe” overlooking the golf course which had a very fun vibe and excellent food. "The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. "Very cosy alpine ski hotel. We had superior room It was very spacious and we had lovely view of the starry night sky from our balcony. The staff were really friendly but a few couldn’t speak to us as we don’t know German. So we did get ignored for breakfast order the final two mornings. Other than than breakfast was great! One other issue is no tea/coffee facilities in room so ended up being charged for tea every evening. "

"We came here to do a little business and see our friends in Salzburg. It had a 10 out of 10 rating and it does NOT disappoint. It has a nice little gym, a pool that when empty is a fine lap pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with amazing hiking trails and views of the mountains . I wish we had time to get a massage or other services but too busy and chose the electric bikes instead. You can even bike into the town of Bad Reichenhall which has great shopping (Juhausz!)…. Love this place."
