"Hotel rooms are old and dated, they do not look like the images on the website. The spa is an extra €15 for 1 hour which only has a small pool, sauna and steam. The lobby and bar is nice but the pool area is tiny and ran out of loungers. Across the road is a park area full of teenagers so I woke up most nights to loud noise and shouting. Staff however were friendly but understaffed. I felt bad for them as they seemed to be doing the best they could do. "

"We didn’t like the pool hours were only from 10am to 6pm. Since we only spend one night and arrived at 7 we missed the night swimming and check out was at 10am so we missed the day time hours. "Amazing hotel! Located very far from central places in the heart of the mountains with a great view. A large and varied spa, one of the best I've met. Excellent outdoor swimming pool.
