Awesome spot
Great location with a boat slip. Great communication from owners. Some light housekeeping on arrival and propane was only 1/3 full and ran empty, but would def come back. Thank you!

Great cottage with access to lake
We live down the road and hosted a party and needed extra space for some of our guests. The cottage provided that and more. My 4 guests enjoyed the central location along with the lake views for their morning coffee. It is cozy, clean and works very well for a small group. The pier we used for a day was an added bonus.

Lake View with access to a Dock
Lake view cottage with 75 steps down to the water. The booking process was a real pain, probably to no fault of the owner but more of a VRBO site issue. check in was 6pm not 4pm but all in all it worked out. Amateur renovation has been to to the property. If you stay here plan on supplying coffee filters sugar creamer and salt n pepper. The "Kitchenette area" you need to open up several cabinets and drawers to just to get the stove open and closed. Portable AC units were used and vented through patio doors. The washer dryer is a smaller 120 volt unit that is worthless Overall we would give it 3 to 3.5 stars. At the end of day it is a cottage with access to Lake James. Thank you
