"Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others."

"Overall, this was a lovely place to stay. It's easy to find, and check-in/check-out was simple. It's in a beautiful part of town. I would stay here again. There are two things that kept me from giving a 5-star rating. First, parking was very cramped. Getting in was easy, but getting out takes some fancy footwork. If the little lawn area in front of the cabin was halved, so a car could pull further in, it would make backing up and turning around SO much easier. Second, the mattress and pillows...

"My family was visiting Buffalo for our nephew's wedding. The reason we chose this house was the two bathrooms. It was a very nice stay in a beautiful home. My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs. The street was absolutely gorgeous with the fall colors. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The host was very responsive and fast with communication. I would...

"It was awesome! Nothing like a home on the lake. Host and experience was amazing. Will definitely stay again plus I have already told my friends about it. "

"Overall we were happy with our stay. Beginning started out a little annoying. Check in was easy but wasnt communicated until a half hour after we were able to be there and had to call for the code. Walking in, the floor didnt look vacuumed and beds looked unmade/slept in. We spent the first hour remaking beds (clean sheets were in the dryer), vacuuming (we have a crawler who puts everything in her mouth), and getting rid of all the daddy long legs that were posted up towards the ceiling....

"We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃"

"This property was very unique, we really loved our stay. It was just like if you’re in your own house having a great time resting. The only issue is the second floor neighbor he walks all night long and doesn’t let you rest. Very noisy both days of our stay until 3 am. "

"Perfectly suited our needs. We were a family of 7 adults gathering in town for a wedding. We were very impressed with how clean it was. Central location walkable to the stadium. It smelled freshly painted! We had a bit of an issue with check in but the property manager helped us resolve it fairly quickly. We loved the Bills room. We all had our private spaces but could gather in the Bills room for family time. We would definitely stay here again"

"Overall, it was exactly what you'd expect. It has a few quirks but is very clean and comfortable. A large person may have trouble using the bathroom fyi. It is fairly confined and has steps."

"This property is gorgeous. We felt right at home...all the way from the beautiful dining room, completely renovated kitchen, to the most comfortable beds. We will definitely be back. Just need to figure out how to work the tv!! :) "
