This is a shame as it would be so easy to improve. Paying over $2,000 for six nights I expected more than one toilet roll provided (no spare). No coffee or milk, no cleaning products for an end of stay clean. building works next door from 7 am and the cafe and restaurant next door were closed. The restaurant sold and cafe owners had “gone surfing” The TV did not play Hidefinition content, annoying but a first world problem. The agent was not interested in our feedback"
