Very nice property. Rooms, spa, pool area, staff very polite and helpful. And the great was the boat pier that the boat take you just in front of the hotel. I like so much that now I will e reserve the fasano bela vista

Questionable “luxury” resort
First, on the day we arrived, that night we had to change rooms because the bath tub was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the toilet lid was broken, the air conditioning had a loud noise and wasn’t cooling property. On the second room, the same happened with the air conditioning. The hotel was poorly staffed and several times, the excuse was: “right now, we have no concierge or hostess or bellboy”. Also I speak for languages fluently (spanish, english, italian and french) and many times we had to wait for the staff to find someone that spoke one of those languages. The last night, we had to go to bed without having dinner because we ordered room service and they said that food would arrive in 15mins. One hour passed and I called to see the status of our order and the person said that he couldn’t comply with out order because he couldn’t prepare the food because the kitchen was getting maintenance. If I hadn’t called no one would have let us know. It was a time to relax and enjoy as a couple in a luxury resort but it felt more like a resort that is about to close or go bankrupt. So sad to see such a beautiful place give their clients that poor customer service.

Hotel bonito mas piscina congelante e praia lotada
O hotel é muito bonito e bem cuidado, quartos novos e staff sempre gentil. Porém tem alguns erros gravíssimos para um hotel deste nível e que são suficientes para eu não considerar um retorno: 1) As piscinas externas são congelantes: não há nenhum controle de temperatura (aquecimento ou climatização que seja) e absolutamente todos os hóspedes reclamavam da água extremamente fria. Me parece inadmissível um hotel que tem uma área externa tão bonita não ter uma área externa com uma piscina agradável para passar o dia. A piscina é linda porém é inutilizável (e, por isso, praticamente nenhum hóspede teve coragem de entrar). Na prática, os hóspedes acabavam indo para a piscina interna do Spa (aquecida) porém deixa-se de aproveitar um dia bonito ao ar livre. Isso precisa ser revisto pois a reclamação é unânime e um hotel deste nível precisa prover algum controle de temperatura na piscina. 2) Há poucas espreguiçadeiras na praia e lotam. Ou seja, se você chegar por volta de 10h00, vai ter que ficar na espera por uma espreguiçadeira. Também acho inadmissível o hotel não ter uma quantidade de espreguiçadeiras na praia que comporte os hóspedes. A solução é esperar no outro andar da piscina (a tal piscina congelante que ninguém consegue aproveitar). Estes pontos são cruciais para prover ao hóspede uma melhor estadia. Além disso, apenas um ponto de atenção: fizemos o checkout na saída do feriadão e havia apenas uma pessoa para pegar os carros e acabamos esperando mais de 20min.
