Genel temizlik ve personel yaklaşımı gayet iyiydi. Konum ve rahatlık açısından da tercih edilir. Fakat çeşitli problemler vardı ve bunlar can sıkıcıydı. Asansör kapısı sıkışmıştı, saç kurutma makinesi düzgün çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı kalitesi idare ederdi. Isıtma doğalgaz değil klimaylaydı.
