"Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages.
