An incredible and inviting location to visit campus and explore Ann Arbor. We had a large room with a private balcony. It was very quiet and comfortable. The common area is spacious with nibbles at all hours and the breakfast was delicious and vegetarian friendly!

The host was nice a friendly, we got our room automatically upgraded to a larger one which was available. The decoration is cozy and maximalist. The room's lighting was not great, which the host mentioned, but sufficient. The host was also very accommodating with allowing luggage storage later into the afternoon. Breakfast was tasty, included fresh berries with yogurt.

What an amazing find - Pat is a legendary B&B host and the place is so unique! Super comfortable beds, spacious yet cozy common areas. So nice to take some time to connect with other guests at breakfast. My son and I had a great stay and will definitely be back the next time we are visiting family in Ann Arbor!
