Inside, the newly remodeled kitchens feature quartz countertops, open wood shelving, and stainless steel appliances, ideal for cooking and dining. The basements offer an extra bedroom, bathroom, and a work-from-home area with a desk and monitor setup. Conveniently located on Ann Arbor’s west side, just a block from Michigan Stadium and a quick ride to Central Campus and downtown Ann Arbor, our home is the perfect spot for any gathering or retreat!"

Our home is a duplex with 2 private entrances. Each unit has a main floor with a living room, kitchen, and dining room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Additionally, there is another bedroom and bathroom, along with a laundry room, located in the basement accessible via a full flight of stairs. Both units have a deck along with two hot tubs located in the back yard.

99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We also have noise sensors that will tell us if decibel levels passes a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.
Parking

Our driveways are directly in-front of each unit and can fit two cars in tandem.
There is no street parking on our street, but if you have more than two cars and need extra parking, free street parking is available on several streets nearby.
Entry

The unit is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door. To enter, press the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock.
When leaving, type the same code you used at entry, followed by the CHECK, and the door will lock!
Our Availability

We are available whenever you need! Please feel free to reach out via the app or website you booked on with any specific questions. For any health emergencies, please dial 911. If a system malfunctions (i.e., hot water not functioning or a light has gone out), please send us a message on the app or website you booked on and we will be sure to address it in as short a time as possible (we usually respond within a few minutes). We also have handymen, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers with whom we work, so for any extenuating circumstances, we will happily bring them out to solve your issues post haste!

Extra Linens: In one of the closets you will find two bath towels and two hand towels, two pillows, a comforter, and a extra set of sheets and pillowcases for the air mattresses.

We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:
- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know.
- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm.
- Please leave your shoes at the door.
- No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies.
- No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

Getting Around

For public transportation, there are two key bus stops near the property. The first is located across and slightly west on Stadium Blvd at the intersection of Edgewood & Stadium. The second is located on S Main St. For that stop, turn left out of the property and take a left on S Main St. The stop is about two blocks north on S Main, just outside the football stadium.
