Very tired facility in dire need or upgrade and bad front desk service. Was promised to be moved to another room while we were out because the heat didn’t work, but it never happened. Bfast was meh. Should have been heaps of caviar for the price they charged on a football weekend. Rip off.

Staff is very nice and accommodating. I scheduled the wrong dates for my visit and even tho my reservation is non-refundable, they still allowed me to changed the date. We were very happy with our stay. Burt (my dog) and I will be staying again the next time we’re in Ann Arbor.

Overall, it was a fine stay. Parking was available, the area was safe and breakfast was adequate. The rooms, however, were quite dirty. Stains on the bedsheet was common. Also, we requested for our room to be cleaned everyday and they forgot each time. Disappointing in terms of hygiene and housekeeping service.

Thermostat fell off the wall. Hot water wasn’t working for shower. Trimming was carpet and wasn’t attached to wall. Pool area had some maintenance work needed. Overall, not an appealing hotel to stay at. Very bare minimum, mostly a place to lay your head.
