If you're looking for an intimate property with an excellent location and lots of amenities, look no further than this adorable 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom property that's located in the coveted north area of the island, just two blocks to the stunning sands and turquoise waters of Bean Point. This home is also near the bay side of the island, giving you the best of both worlds, plus easy access to local restaurants and shopping!

Stroll into this charming property and you'll discover an open concept living and kitchen area, with bright accents of beach décor and splashes of seaside inspired colors. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, allowing you to whip up your own creations, from snacks to sit down meals! High quality appliances include a coffee maker, so you can have your own morning pick me up right in the comfort of your vacation home.

From the kitchen you can move into the living area, featuring a four-seater dining set, a comfortable sitting area, and a large flat-screen TV. It's a great place to relax during the day as natural light comes from the skylight, and a cozy place to gather at night to watch your favorite movie. Complimentary Wi-Fi lets you stay connected on your vacation, and a washer and dryer let you keep things fresh after long days at the beach! Two bedrooms offer a welcoming space to retreat to after exploring the island. The guest bedroom is furnished with an elevated twin bed. Please note, there is no bed underneath the twin bunk. The master bedroom features a queen bed, along with a flat-screen television and ceiling fan. The full bathroom offers a beautiful, tiled shower with a frosted window that lets in natural light, while there is an added half bath for convenience.

In the outdoor spaces of this property, you'll find highlights like the gas BBQ grill that will let you have your own private barbecue, but the main show stealer is the private heated pool, complete with color changing lights and outdoor lounge furniture. Loved this property, would definitely stay here again! It was perfect for the 2 of us. The location was PERFECT, couldn’t have asked for a better location, loved staying on the north end of the island! The property managers were great too. The only thing I wish they would change is the queen bed in the master bedroom, it was like sleeping on the tile floor! But I had anticipated that from reading other reviews. I don’t have a bad back, so I was okay, but my husband complained every morning! It was spotless and very nice!

Great Stay in Anna Maria
We had a great stay in this house. Weather wasn't great for the beach while we were there so being able to hang out in the heated pool was great. We had no issues with the place and would recommend it.

Perfect stay!
Great place to stay, very quiet and just a 2 minute walk to Bean Beach! We love the skylights and private pool. Everything we need is here! Clean and comfortable. We couldn't figure out the remotes and someone came promptly to help! We will definitely come again! 5 stars!

Idyllic location, and adorable cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anna Cabana A. The cottage is nicely decorated with all the amenities needed. The heated pool was fantastic for after the beach or for a soak at night. The location is perfectly situated. The only thing I would change would be the queen mattress in the master bedroom was not good, so made for some restless sleep. All in all, with a new mattress in there, we would definitely go back!

Great Location
This is our second time staying here and we're extremely surprised about the condition of the couch and ottoman. We love the location, the house and the pool, but the furniture was filthy and in desperate need of cleaning!!! It would take nothing to clean the couch and ottoman. We'd love to stay again, but unfortunately we probably won't.

Would not stay again. A few reasons. The bed was so uncomfortable it was hard and seemed super cheap. The “laundry area” was basically a shed outside you share with the other renter. Overall not a deal breaker other than there is no lighting in laundry area so you need your phone to see if you do laundry at night. Which is likely since you share the space. Beach chairs that are available had broken arms on them and were pretty cheap. Furniture in the living room was stained up. Just seemed not a lot goes into the place. Wasn't a very comfortable space.

Do bad mattresses really lead to bad reviews? YES!
Not only do bad mattresses indicate that you do not care about the comfort of your guests, but uncomfortable mattresses can also impact our entire stay. As your guest that spent the entire night tossing and turning and woke up with a backache from your bad mattress will likely leave a bad review about the vacation as a whole. We will not rent this house again or recommend to friends and family.

You get what you pay for!
It's a fine beach home. Not warm and cozy. Beds are hard and not comfy. The towels are like rubbing sandpaper on your body. The place is dirty and needs a deep clean. The little pool area is nice but the pool is dirty. Defiantly didn't want to take a dip but good for the feet. Location was good. It's a duplex so you can hear your neighbors. The kitchen is not equipped with anything fancy. It would be nice to have plastic glasses. The amount of glasses and mugs are just a few.

Loved this small duplex cottage
It was just what we needed! Great prize for an awesome little spot! It was an easy walk to the beach. Some beach equipment available but we brought our own. Very nice Quiet street. We did have neighbors (it’s a duplex) and our bedroom window faced their pool so we could hear their conversations when we went in our bedroom. No big deal to us. We weren’t in the bedroom much. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and practical. Plenty of beach and bath towels. The pool was small but perfect after a long day at the beach. We used the TV to watch a hockey game without any issues. We will definitely return here.

Served our purpose.
The cottage kinda lives up to the saying "you get what you pay for". It served its purpose for us as far as a place to lay our heads at night. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the cleaning company. There were gross stains on the ottoman and couch. The shelves above the toilet in the 2nd bedroom have not been dusted in a while. There were no color changing lights in or around the pool as described. The skylight above the bed in the 2nd bedroom is not fun. The moonlight and the sunlight kept we awake, even with my eye mask.

First trip to Anna Marie Island for Christmas 2022.
This property is accurately listed as small but they could do a few things to make it much more comfortable. 1) a full size comfortable couch with a hide a bed would have been really nice. A two seater love seat, two cheap wicker chairs & a small 4 seat table is not adequate seating for any condo. 2) The double bed in the MBR is hard as the floor and squeaks with every move. Upgrade to a quality queen bed. 3) the second bedroom bed quality was poor too. A queen/single bunk bed would be a great improvement. In short, we had our daughter who is a college student for a Christmas trip to Anna Marie and the vacation was good. Due to the poor quality of the cheap furniture our accommodations were “less than desirable” to say the least. With a little investment in good furniture this place would be great and could sleep 5-6 comfortably and would be a great place to stay. The location is great!!

Will never use again!
Contacted Coastal Cottages to make sure they received Rental Agreement. It took them a week and a half to return my call. Communication with Coastal Cottages the whole time was not productive. Listing advertised heated pool. Called, emailed and called emergency number several times to correct. The next day in the afternoon Coastal Cottages called me and said they would call pool service. No one showed up and was not able to use the pool. This is not the first time I have issues with VRBO. They use middle men so no one takes ownership of any issue you have. I checked out a day early and the lady at the office was very smug with me. I wont be back and neither will any of my friends or family!

Easy and fun
Great location and setup for a family of four. Walk to the rod and reel pier, beach or ride bikes to pine. Fun times! There’s an extra bathroom in the kids room that’s super handy
