In the living room, there are two seating areas, one casual with comfy sofas and a TV, and the second designed with conversational seating and tropical views. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast table, and tall ceilings with skylight windows. Share dinners with guests at the unique formal dining table or take outdoor living to its fullest by cooking your meals on the grill and dining poolside or even at the table in the screened-in lanai.
In the primary bedroom, guests have access to the pool area through the sliding glass doors and can listen to the palm trees sway while they sleep. This room features bright coastal wicker furnishings and a modern ensuite bathroom with a chic vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has been decorated with island décor to amplify the vacation vibe and has an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The third bedroom opens directly to the sunlit den via sliding doors that can be closed and covered with curtains for privacy and has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and here you’ll also find the home’s washer and dryer. Additionally, there is a bonus room with a twin trundle bed and access to a shower and tub combination bathroom. A living room sofa converts to a full sleeper sofa for even more accommodation.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home, 1 garage space and 2 in the driveway. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Anna Maria Island Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
