Drive through the gated driveway with a manatee on it and you'll enter Manatee Retreat. This duplex is a private getaway on a canal! Unit B is separated by a fence so you have your own private retreat. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom has a large living room with plenty of seating for you and your guests. A galley kitchen, with granite countertops allows you to cook your meals or grab a snack. The kitchen overlooks the dining room that leads out to the deck and canal view. After a day at the beach, which is a short 1 block away, sit outside and relax by the mangrove line canal, and watch the manatees swim by. Rent a kayak or stand up paddle board - this home has the location to do it! Washer/dryer are in the garage along with beach gear for you to use. Come stay at Manatee Retreat!

This unit is a 2 bedroom which has a primary bedroom with a king and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed with trundle and share the hallway bathroom.
