SunKissed Cottage - beachfront north end AMI

Beachfront, North End, large 2 bedroom with expansive views of the dolphins frolicking in the azure waters of the North End of Anna Maria Island.  BBQ grill, bikes, paddle boards, kayak and a golf cart all included.  
Your backyard is a beautiful view of Egmont Key & the Skyway Bridge.  Walk to the Rod & Reel Pier where dolphins frolic every afternoon or walk to Pine Avenue for some local shopping.
Coastal Contemporary Updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Home.Both are King Beds and there is plenty of room for an air mattress or two.  Large open floor plan where the kitchen/dining/family room has a view of the beach, sunsets and skyway bridge.  The family room has a new sofa bed. The heated pool is complete and ready for guests.

For those guests wanting to use the Equipment provided, we do require a signed waiver for anyone 18 or older.  The Golf Cart provided requires anyone 25 plus to sign a golf cart agreement.

Perfect Family Vacation!
With three young children, we don’t often feel relaxed after a vacation but staying at this home changed the game! Perfect location with ALL the amenities you could possibly imagine. Wonderful host communications. Thoughtful inclusion of a golf cart, beach day supplies, fun pool, etc. the home is immaculately clean and the perfect amount of space to relax and enjoy the oceanfront view.

Perfect family home!
We will be back! This was a great home for our family, we loved fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding right in our back yard! The home couldn’t have been cleaner and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! The location was close to the beach and shopping/restaurant. Can’t wait to book our next vacation!

Amazing in all ways. Location- cannot be beat/ property was well cared for and SO comfortable / pool perfect - Thank you Lynn and Rick for taking care of us SO well - you are amazing! The view is simply breath- taking. The dolphins daily visitors and we were close to stunning bean point beach and rod and reel pier. The free golf cart was a huge bonus for trips into pine ave ! We kayaked and used all the beach stuff which was in the house- major to have all these extras. I have travelled a lot- and this was next level.

Great Vacation
This was the first vacation my husband and I have taken in over 15 years. We had a great time and we really liked the home. we traveled from colder weather for the warmth and it was actually a cold snap for Florida while we were there but we watched dolphins everyday from the large windows in the house. The wind blew up to 40 knts but we barely let it slow us down. High tide was up so no beach in front of the house but some waves crashed so hard it would hit the windows ever so lightly, it was kinda neat. one of the most beautiful rainbows we have ever seen across the water then to make it even better, a double rainbow. It was absolutely gorgeous. No bad storms at all. We will be back for sure!!!!

Watch Pelicans Dive
We had a laid back, relaxing time! Waterfront, with a big deck. We could watch pelicans from the living room, and saw dolphins too. The house had everything we needed. Bikes and a golf cart come with the house. Property manager, Rick, was great, very helpful, responsive to any questions. I loved walking the beach every day. Bring a few good books and relax by the pool or sit on the beach.

Perfect location and amenities
We love staying in this beautiful little house. The communication with the managers was perfect. They sent us all the information we needed, and we had no need to contact them during our stay. The house is adorable and has everything you need to have fun at the beach and in town. We loved the golf cart and rode the bikes around the island.We watched sunrises from the deck and enjoyed relaxing in the house. As other reviewers have noted, the master bath could use some TLC. The fixtures are a little dated and wonky, and the shower drains very slowly. Other than that very minor inconvenience, everything about this house and stay is perfect. I highly recommend staying here!

The team of Serendipity were most responsive. The place was amazing. Being our first time renting with VRBO there were many unknowns as to what you do and do not do when renting a private home. But beyond that the homeowners lived up to their name and ratings. The home had everything we needed and the accommodations were exquisite. We hope to return next year!

Right on the water
If you want a house that's right on the water, look no further. It's not a large house by any means but it has enough space for our family of five without feeling like we were on top of each other. It was so nice to just be able to step out back and directly into the water. There were plenty of supplied activities, including kayaks and paddle boards. If you want a more beachy experience, it is just a 2 minute drive in the supplied golf cart over to the bean point beach. The management company was very responsive for any issue we had. Highly recommend if you're looking for a house right on the water in AMI.

Beautiful, Clean, Great Location
We had an amazing stay at SunKissed Cottage this week. Our family included grandparents and our two boys, ages 11 and 14. The house is beautiful, clean and organized. We simply rotated between the view of the bay, the pool, and biking/taking the golf cart around every day. The view cannot be beat-the bay, marine life, birds, activity on the pier. Rick and his team are so responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to AMI!

A gem of a cottage
We were impressed with the cottage and our stay. Things we really loved were the updated and stylish decor and furnishings of the house, the absolutely amazing views from inside, the lovely patio with shaded seating in the mid-late afternoon, the pool, the direct access to the very calm bay water, and the location overall. The amenities like the golf cart, kayaks, and paddle boards were fantastic, and we used them frequently. The golf cart was almost a must-use, with it we could fit easily into smaller parallel street parking, and parking is limited overall on the island. The house is well-appointed. The provision of linens, bath and pool towels, and paper products/trash bags was extremely helpful. I would suggest that the house also provide some basic spices and cooking spray...things that would be used sparingly by most guests but are inconvenient to pack for a vacation. We took advantage of the walking/kayaking distance to Bean Point beach and used it daily. We loved the shops and restaurants on Pine Ave, but they were a little far to walk, especially in the summer heat. The golf cart was perfect for those trips. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the cottage and AMI. Well done!

Perfect Ocean Getaway
My wife and I enjoyed a week in the SunKissed Cottage. It's a very charming home that sits right on top of the ocean offering beautiful views at the intersection of the Gulf and Tampa Bay. Picture Perfect!
The visit at Sunkissed Cottage was our first to Anna Maria Island. It won’t be our last. The island is adorable and the house was picture perfect. All the amenities were so appreciated! Rick was so responsive to our questions and such a wonderful host. The house was filled with every single thing you could ask for - which is really rare. Our son loved the golf cart and bikes. My husband loved the paddle boards and gorgeous views of dolphins and pelicans right outside our door. I loved the views of the ocean and sunrise. We loved walking the beach with our pup and spending evenings playing board games and eating take out from the Rod and Reel and other neighboring restaurants. Sunkissed Cottage is so lovely. We will be back!
