"The Hyatt Regency Sydney met all our expectations. We were happy that we were able to check in a couple of hours early since we had arrived after a 21 flight. I left an item in the room and after an email I was told that that they had it and would make arrangements to return it to me. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. "
