La Maison - Stunning waterfront views with pool

Light-filled, modernly furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom waterfront house on the South River, with a private pool - minutes from downtown Annapolis. Our house offers a large deck for outdoor dining and private water access and dock, ideal for boating, crabbing and fishing. This home is perfect for those seeking a restful getaway, water activities or time by the pool. The house is only a 15-minute drive (7 miles) to the center of Annapolis and the US Naval Academy, 10 minutes (3.5 miles) from Westfield Annapolis Mall and Annapolis Towne Centre, and 5 minutes to Mike's Crab House, other local restaurants and grocery stores.

Located at the end of a quiet street, the house sleeps nine comfortably, including an expansive main bedroom with en-suite bathroom with views overlooking the water, a guest bedroom, a large bedroom with 2 bunk beds and an additional bedroom/study. Open floor plan for family dining and entertaining which opens up onto a huge deck with a gas BBQ, small outdoor fire pit table and patio heater. Fully equipped kitchen, TV room (all TVs are streaming only, no cable), game room with foosball and board games, on-site laundry with washing machine and dryer. With panoramic views of the water, you truly feel as if you are on a house boat - come see for yourself!

Please note - the pool is open from early May until end of September. We do not accept check-ins on Sunday. In July and August, we accept only Saturday to Saturday bookings.

An outdoor camera is located at the corner of the deck on the waterside and is used to monitor water levels during weather events. It does not have recording capabilities.

WAIVERS:
Guests and all occupants use the pool and swim at their own risk including in the river. Guests and all occupants use the kayaks at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are in good condition prior to being used. Lifejackets must be worn at all times.
Booking the property implies acceptance of the above and all house rules by all guests and occupants of the property who hold harmless the owners from any and all claims, liabilities and/or litigation arising from the use of the property, pool, river, kayaks and bunk beds.
