Wonderful location, great apartment

Wonderful apartments near the beach and close to downtown. Great value. loved the balcony to sit outside in the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for a family of four.

Beautiful apartment steps away from the lake and groceries and restaurants Loved the personal touches such as a welcome bottle of wine. Toiletries provided, books, board games and puzzle also available which was great for my daughter and I. We would definitely stay there again!

Great

Proximity to the lake is fantastic. Free bus into town was well utilized. Quite little shops close by. On a noisy street but had good window. The town was very very busy which is why I liked the lake location as it allowed for more space.

Gepflegte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gepflegt, liegt auch sehr zentral aber leider an einer verkehrsreichen Straße, so dass man den Balkon kaum nutzen kann. Dafür sind alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen.

We loved our time in Annecy at your property.

The apartment was just as it was pictured in the listing but also had a wonderful cozyness and ambiance that made our time there very enjoyable. We loved all the windows and especially the light and fresh air when we opened the shutters in the morning. The kitchen was good to work in and I made two delicious dinners (I like to cook!) for Tom and myself. Just a few comments: We weren’t given any extra garbage bags so that was a problem. And more kitchen towels and sharper knives would have been appreciated. But otherwise we felt we were provided with everything we needed for a wonderful stay in such a lovely setting. It might be appropriate to mention in your listing (unless I didn’t notice it) that the apartment is three floors up with no elevator. We managed ok for people in their 70’s but it might be too difficult for older guests who have heavy luggage. We really enjoyed the location and the neighborhood. It would have been helpful to have had a list of the stores nearby—grocery shops, the pharmacy and especially the big grocery store several blocks away. But we asked around and were given good directions—my husband speaks a little French. We made the most of the great location on the bike path and the rental place just down the street. We biked around the lake both days we were at your place and went kayaking one afternoon, too. I think your place is wonderful and very thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay in Annecy.

Emplacement idéal

L'emplacement de l'appartement à été idéal pour nous:proximité du lac ,de toutes les commodités(le centre commercial tout près est hautement recommandable avec tous les commerces de qualite ).L'appartement est clair avec plusieurs expositions.Seuls problèmes pour nous :les 3 étages à monter et le relatif manque de place du parking.Sinon tout est parfait.

Grand, bien placé, bien équipé, parfait !

Logement de grande qualité rénové très bien situé 20 mn à pied de la ville, bus en bas de l'immeuble. Double vitrage permet de ne pas subir circulation un peu importante. À recommander !

Trés bel appartement hyper fonctionnel

Mon copain et moi avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à la fois mignon, spacieux et très fonctionnel. Trés bien situé, proche de toute commodités.

Great week in Annecy

This lovely apartment is in an excellent location for both the waterfront and walking to the old town. Also right beside the bus stop to the town centre and east shore (1.50Eu until June and free in summer!). The south and west facing balcony catches the sun with a lovely view out over the Imperial Hotel/Cassino. We had a really enjoyable week here and would certainly come back!!

Bel Appartement

Bel appartement très fonctionnel et bien situé à 3mn du lac. Dommage que l'emplacement de l'immeuble se situe au bord d'une route très fréquentée et bruyante. L'appartement est lumineux, bien équipé avec une cuisine et une salle de bain bien agencées. Les principaux commerces se trouvent à 3 mn à pied ce qui évite de prendre la voiture et perdre sa place de parking dans la résidence car les parkings publics aux alentours sont devenues payants de 9h à 18h.

très agréable

Apparemment idéalement placé. Arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble cela évite de prendre la voiture. Attention parking de l'église payant depuis juin. Seul petit bémol le restaurant en bas de l'immeuble un peu bruyant le soir (musique).

Appartement bien équipé

Appartement bien équipé , bien placé tout à proximité. Par contre si vous aimez le calme c'est pas cette appartement qui faut louer l'été... Énormément de circulation et la brasserie en dessous très bruyante musique jusqu'à 2h30 du matin impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Et le parking nous avons jamais eu de place dans la propriété car pas de place attitrée il a fallut payer le parking qui est à l'extérieur 7 euros la journée.

Agréable séjour

L'appartement contient tout ce qu'il faut pour le séjour (nombreux électroménagers,...). La terrasse permet de profiter du soleil et l'emplacement est idéal juste en face du casino impériale. Cependant quelques points à noter: * Il est indiqué qu'il y a un emplacement parking, c'est vrai mais le parking est souvent complet (une 10aine de places) et en revenant le soir c'était toujours rempli. Il faut donc se garer dans un parking payant. * L' appartement est situé au dessus d'un resto-bar, le week-end il y a donc beaucoup de bruits jusque tard dans la nuit * L'appartement est situé au 3e étage sans escaliers

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de M Florat. La location est bien agencée, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. L'accueil de Corinne a été très professionnel et agréable. Les échanges avec M Florat nous ont permis d'avoir tous les renseignements et conseils nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Comfortable mais bruyant

Appartememt conforme au descriptif et tres bien equipé.Le local à vélo est un plus .Seul bemol, appartement situé à un carrefour tres bruyant.Impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes lorsqu’Il fait chaud .M Florat a équipé l apparentement de 2 ventilateurs et d’un climatiseur portable.Je recommande M Florat qui est très à l’écoute de ces hôtes.

Agréable, reposant et depaysant

Des échanges avec M. Florat ou l'on se sent très bien accueilli et très bien guide pour mettre en place un séjour sans aucun soucis. L'accueil par Brigitte, qui est d'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance, est formidable. Un appartement qui permet de profiter pleinement de tous les atouts de cette ville magnifique. On oeut tout faire a pied sur Annecy et surtoyt en velo. Un appartement a recommande. Merci M. Florat
