The hotel has beautiful scenary,well kept with a nice buffet to enjoy your breakfast at their beautiful little garden The staff are very friendly and courteous. And we had a very clean room in front of the lake and the mountain.

One night stop, overall good value.

A one night stopover returning from the Alps. Fist room was small and there was a terrible damp small in the bathroom. We returned to reception and were allocated another room 230 which was much better with nice views over the lake and a little more space. Check in and friendliness of the reception team was very good. Overall, great location 25 minutes walk to town but right by the lake and next to a great Brasserie too.

The views from the 2nd floor front rooms of the hotel are fabulous. The location is good depending on what type of trip you want, and its about a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. My single room was a bit spartan (paper cup that wasn't changed rather than a glass) and the room was a bit cramped.

Beautiful clean hotel, friendly staff

Excellent friendly service. Spotless. Fantastic breakfast. We asked for a cot for our 1yo and they delivered and confirmed via messages too. Great communication and instructions. Very secure car park. Absolutely stunning location. Could not fault it!

Good solution given the ratio quality/price and parking available. It is close to the lake but still 30-45 minutes from Annecy historical centre by walking.

Good location along the lake. Nice 30 minute walk to the center along the lake. Free onsite parking with gate. Double room a bit tiny. Not much space along the bed. The pillows were so soft, almost flat, even using 2 of them, woke up with a sore neck. We didn’t use it but there was aircon in the room.

Good hotel with an excellent location!

Nice hotel with free parking. We stayed in the Annexe which was spacious and cool. Great location of just a few minutes walk to the lake. We also walked to the centre which took about 45 minutes. Staff were friendly. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on this. We stayed for one night and would stay again. Highly recommend

Quick overnight stay. The hotel is interesting. We did not stay in the main building. When you walked into the building it feels like an old hotel. Inside the rooms are nicely redone and clean but it wasn’t the greatest workmanship and the doors were old. Just weird. But all in all it was a clean comfortable place to stay and breakfast was great.

Beautiful hotel unfortunately with very thin walls

Beautifully located on Lake Annecy, the Ancor Hotel des Muses is a nice venue with a very professional and helpful staff. The only bĂŠmol is the very thin walls of the annex where my room was located. Until 2 am, loud guests returning to the hotel were slamming doors and vibrating the whole building. Is it always like that? Maybe not, but I certainly did not sleep well!
