Welcome to Le Grand Large!
Located 50m from Lake Annecy, Avenue du Petit Port, opposite the Imperial Palace, its Beach and Casino, and close to all shops.

Discover a charming apartment, completely renovated and with a balcony overlooking the Imperial gardens.
Ideal for 4 people, it consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet as well as a large living/ living room.
You will reach the Lake in less than 5 minutes on foot: only 50 m separate the apartment from the Lake!

Each room is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm (Double), and plenty of storage
Television with international channels, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Logement bien située parking proche et gratuit. Pour ce qui es du Logement,premier coup d œil bien mes apres visites garde robe casser,pommeaux de douche casser ne tiens plus,pas de bouchon pour la vaisselle a l evier tv en panne durant toute la semaine et malgré contacte avec la personne qui nous as donner les clés et voisin tres bruyant pas de respect.

L’appartement est idéalement situé pour profiter d’Annecy et du lac ! Avec 2 ados de 15 et 12 ans, tout est simple car à porter d’une marche (même pour les plus feignants !!!) Les restos d’Annecy le vieux sont à 2 min à pied. Les commerces de Proximité sont tous de qualité . Il faut à peine 20 min à pied pour gagner le centre historique de la vieille ville , vraiment le top ! Nous recommandons cet appartement à tous ceux qui veulent poser leur voiture et profiter de ce bel endroit !

bien dans l'ensemble bien placé, parking bien pratique un grille pain et une casserole de grande taille serrais pas de trop jardinière sur le balcon plutôt gênante pourquoi pas une explication pour la machine a lavé rangement au dessus des lavabo gênant aussi verou casser dans le SDB

Très bien situé. Les chambres au calme.jolie vue.bonne literie. Climatisé ce que nous avons bien apprécié. Le seul reproche : nous n'avons pas eu accès au parking ce qui a été une très mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée....

Vacances sympa mais pas grace a l appartement
Obligé de passer le balai en arrivant car des saletés partout. Obligés de nettoyer les toilettes en arrivant...au prix de la prestation ménage c est limite L.appartement est très beau refait à neuf mais très mal isolé. ..convient aux citadins. L annonce indiquait un sèche cheveux une table et un fer a repasser....mais rien de tout cela. Télécommande de la tv qui ne.fonctionnait pas cafetière la cheminée qui ne fonctionnaient pas non plus.. Mais sinon a 50 m du lac avec des commerces tout proche et pas loin a pieds du vieux Annecy. On a quand même passé un super séjour.
