We had an amazing stay at Le Pelican! I had booked this hotel as the first stop on our Christmas market tour and it was perfect. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a separate loft area including sink and toilet for my 18 year-old son. Room and all areas of the hotel were clean and well-kept. The hotel staff were all wonderful as well. This hotel is also in a great location, across from the lake and a short walk to town. If you are traveling to Annecy, I highly recommend staying at Le Pelican.

We were a party of 11, and the service was impeccable. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor—the best meal of our entire nine-night trip through France! Good hotel, great location
Biggest upsides of this hotel are that it has a phenomenal location by the lake and an excellent restaurant (great breakfast too). Rooms are clean, a bit small, and very modern. Facilities may be a bit limited for a four star hotel (no gym, for example, but you're probably going to exercise outside anyways).

This was our first time at this hotel and it was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Our standard room was great. We highly recommend the on site cafe/bakery. The food was great. Will definitely stay here on future trips to beautiful Annecy.

Simply the best hotel!!!
All staff members are ready to assist guests and are extremely friendly. Both the rooms and the hotel building are elegantly designed and meticulously maintained. It is very close to Annecy Lake and the old town. It is one of the best hotels I've visited, and I highly recommend it.
