It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "Nous avons passĂ© de bonnes vacances dans cette jolie ville d'Annecy et ses alentours. Le logement lumineux et spacieux nous a satisfait. La terrasse Ă©quipĂ©e est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. La literie est bonne et propre. Un arrĂȘt de bus en bas de la rĂ©sidence : c'est top. Il manque juste une place de parking privĂ© mais nous avons tout de mĂȘme pu nous garer assez proche de l'appartement. Je recommande ce logement sans hĂ©sitation."

"This was the most fabulous stop off having driven out from the UK, giving us a good break and enabling us to drive up to our ski resort early the next day. It was really comfortable. We were well prepared and had all our food and a nice bottle of wine with us.We enjoyed the football table and a few books.The accommodation would also work well for a large group.It’s a small drive off the main highway and it took us a little extra time to find, so worth paying attention to directions in advance. "This is a great place and the breakfast really was very good including barista served coffee. The location is very nice and free transport to anywhere is all around. The top floor bar area is big and very nice to spend time in. The hotel has a lot of rooms (200+) but no twin beds which is a little challenging for families with teenagers or anyone non couples looking to share a room. "
