First I want to say that the staff made this stay 100 x better! Jason, Sebastian and especially Jalissa and Benji really took care of us and tried to make up for all of the negative we experienced. Upon check in we found dirt on the table, toilet and shower! The toilet had not been cleaned from the previous guest and it looked like it had not been cleaned in days. We got stuck in an elevator. The front desk gave a key to someone who claimed to be niece without verifying with me first!! The service at breakfast some days was ridiculous-completely ignoring us because we had breakfast included whereas guests who were ordering a la carte were served before us even though they sat down after us. Servers also continuously went over to check on them, and we had to ask three times (and wait over 40 minutes) just to get coffee!

Was our 5th stay at Solé. Always have a wonderful time. Great beautiful location right on the beach . Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. Will hopefully be back again sooner than later.
