"Great hotel in an awesome location. Lots to do on site (swimming, water slides, beach, yoga, table tennis…etc all free, then lots of paid for options such as pastel, mountain biking, tennis, golf). Location was great, lots of opportunity to explore historic sites and natural beauty….not to mention local culture. Lots of on site restaurants but some of the local ones in Gialova were brilliant. "

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were nice. Everything except the air conditioning in our room was nice. The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail.
