"It was perfectly situated for our son’s December graduation from Wingate University. Host was responsive to my questions and allowed for an earlier check-in. We hosted family who flew in from out of town for the weekend. Such a nice touch to be decorated for the holidays, complete outside lights. We had a small party of about 25 visit Friday evening. Plenty of parking as the lot next door is empty and for our use. The fire pit was a hit! The dry weather allowed the deck to be used. Inside had a great table for playing games. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, good water, pressure, plenty of hot water, overall a very pleasant stay. Everything we needed! I’d highly recommend for a family stay, especially since it is only 6 minutes to Wingate! If you are uncomfortable with cameras inside and outside, you may want to consider that when booking. We saw one camera in the kitchen, one at the front door, and one on the back deck. "
