We stayed there 3 nights and had to change rooms 3 times due to bed bugs, aircon not working and beds dirty. Place is not very clean and breakfast is decent. At least staff is helpful in changing rooms

I did enjoy my stay at this hotel mainly because of the front desk young lady. 😃 Nazli was so very helpful & personable and that made the stay really wonderful. I must also add that I’m really appreciating they have an elevator!

Front desk receptionist staff are very respectful and professional specialy Nazli, she is very helpful, friendly and speaks English very well. Breakfast was exceptional and staff were great. Highly recommend
