Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
although my reservation confirmed by the system, they sold my room to others and still charged the room. I could not find any place to stay in the evening and had to spend the night in the street. They still have not refunded the unfairly charged fee. There is no reception in the facility to conduct communication if you are making late arrival.
