"Everything was very good. Friendly staff. Food was decent, not great. Only real issue were the flies. You got totally swarmed at breakfast and lunch. It was very bad. At dinner, no flies. The resort did nothing to help with the flies. (Fans, fly traps, etc. )"

"I needed a place to stay quickly for my one night layover and Anne was so flexible and understanding. The place was clean and peaceful. She organized transportation, dinner, and breakfast. I recommend this place if you need a quiet area that is off the main road but fairly close to the airport. "

"GEM!!! What a fantastic way place to stay. Arrived in time to enjoy a breathtaking sunset and drink on the terrace. Jackie then arranged a driver to take us to dinner at Bella Vista that was superb. Rooms very nice , spacious , bed comfortable, and bath robes in closet Breakfast on the terrace. Quite peaceful and Jackie is so very personable. So much better than being in a busy resort ! U will not regret booking a stay at this fabulous little hideaway. "

"From check in to check out, the staff here are friendly and welcoming. The food, whether at their a la carte restaurants, magnificent buffet, or less formal coffee and bbq spots, was exceptional. Thanks to the efforts of their lead Events coordinator, Ann-Marie, there is never a lack of things to do or enjoy. The grounds and the facilities are exceptional. Some of the rooms have quirky electrical issues as well as could use some bathroom upgrading, but otherwise this resort is exceptional in every sense."
