"There were many things that really set Timber Ridge, and the Grand Geneva Resort, apart from others. First, and most importantly, the staff. I had the pleasure of interacting with a number of staff. I found the ice machine was broken on our side of the hotel. I ran into a Josh, who I believe was the Water Park Supervisor, and he offered to show me where the other machine was. As we walked he said he would be perfectly happy running into culinary and filling it up there for me instead (after telling me where the guest one was). The savings in steps was negligible, but I saw this extra effort from Josh throughout our stay. He seemed to always be around, checking on staff and guest needs alike. I never once saw him with anything less than a pleasant disposition. Super-freaking-star right there. I also had the opportunity to work with both Sandra at the front desk (Grand Geneva) and Arlene (events) at the end of our trip as well. Both of them were absolute delights. Personable, funny, kind, and completely without pretense of any sorts. They were genuinely wonderful and bookmarked our trip beautifully. Rooms were clean, well organized, and with all necessary items (we did need to ask for a blanket for the pull-out couch as well as a packet for the dishwasher, but both were delivered expediently). Moose and Maple was arguably my favorite meal of the trip and it was also the least expensive. A lot of great menu options there and they were more than accommodating. Great stay!"

"A room with 3 beds at a reasonable price is what my family needed and found here, a short distance from relatives we were visiting. Breakfast was good and made up for the lack of nearby dining options. We enjoyed the pool. I appreciate that staff offered me the use of a conference room when I was working in the morning but didn’t want to take up space in the breakfast area at peak time."

"The Grand Geneva Resort is absolutely amazing! From the moment you arrive, the kind and welcoming staff make you feel right at home. The amenities are outstanding—beautiful rooms, an incredible spa, great dining options, and plenty of activities for everyone. Whether you’re golfing, skiing, relaxing by the pool, or exploring the stunning grounds, there’s something for everyone. The resort perfectly balances relaxation and fun, making it an ideal getaway. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return! Five stars all the way!"
