The hotel is great, rooms are huge with fantastic view. Expedia mentions “Bag service”, but the receptionist mentioned that they do not have this service. Bathrooms are clean and huge. The view is beautiful + the room has a balcony. The so is really good, the restaurant was good (they made a few errors with our bill, so we had to make several corrections - so check your bill). Area around is crowded and seemed unsafe to walk around, but hotel certainly felt safe and comfortable.

I did like the property overall and it's close proximity to good restaurants. The restaurant on property was very good. The staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and the bed very comfortable. Property was very clean but some tiles needed replacing in the bathroom.

We were in Antofagasta, as a base to tour the ESO Paranal Observatory. A remarkable value… 13th floor room, beautiful, quiet and well-appointed, with a small terrace, overlooking the bay. Enjoyed our breakfasts and our two dinners at the excellent seaside restaurant. Did not use the pool, but it looked lovely.

Hotel has a great location but is starting to get long in the tooth and needs some renovations. Room was good but very sparse on amenities such as Kleenex, 1 bar of soap and a face cloth. Restaurant was excellent.

There parts of the hotel that need to be refurbished. The showers do not have a door, so water gets all over the floor and is EXTREMELY slippery. My bed’s mattress definitely needed to be replaced, it was sloping toward the side. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it over any other options in Antofagasta. Fantastic restaurant food.

Nice hotel on the bay

Locate on a bay sits the Terrado. Dine oceanfront on reasonably priced entrees. Rooms very spacious

A short stay

Check in was poor: couldn’t find my reservation - very frosty at reception! Room comfortable and great view over harbour and pelicans and cormorants diving. The hotel served its purpose for a one night stop over

I have been a couples times in this hotel through the years and I can see the maintenance in the exterior is not the same, rooms need more maintenance.

It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it over any other options in Antofagasta. Fantastic restaurant food.

The reception staff were inept. Very unwelcoming on arrival and more than 25 mins to check out. A big queue formed behind me and no other staff came to help for more than 20 mins. There was only one lift for 17 floors. Everyone was annoyed by this. It could easily take 10-15 mins to get from ground to 16. The pool was not in use either. On the upside, the rooms are big with fantastic sea views. The restaurant serves good food at fair prices, but finding the menu in a pdf online is a pain.

Not the best hotel...but among the worst.

Upon arrival, I was notified that the parking was full and that there were no additional options for parking. I was forced to park my vehicle in a very unsafe area and walk to the hotel. I also was unable to off load my bags in front of the hotel due to the doorman not allowing me to. Upon checking in I found many hairs through out my room's bathroom. Bed was comfortable and there was a menu of pillows to choose from. Breakfast buffet is great and a high light of the stay. Food was fresh and very well stocked. I was getting married and needed to take some pictures for the wedding and during the shoot leaned against a wall only to find out that it left a stain on my suit jacket. Just an over all unpleasant experience. I won't be back.

Stay away!

This property should be avoided. The room and bedsheets were not properly cleaned. The bed sheets were heavily stained and the curtains were filthy. Customer service is beyond terrible. Check in agent was extremely rude and when I asked if they had a converter for use they told me they would call me once I got to my room. When I called two hours later after not hearing from them, I was told to “go to the mall next door and buy one.” The next morning I went for breakfast a few minutes before 10am as the website states breakfast is 6:30-10:30am. There were two women there with carts set to clear the food. I explained the situation to the front desk and they came over and asked the women to wait a few minutes as we had the incorrect information at no fault of our own. Amazing they ignored him and continued to clear the buffet despite being told to wait. I had to tell one woman twice to wait and she stepped back and gave me a very nasty stare down. It was embarrassing and so uncomfortable. I took food for my husband and put it on the table and then just went back to the room as I was so angry with the treatment we received. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.

Limpieza en general buena, encontramos un short de otra persona en la habitación. Habia solo una bata siendo que éramos 2 personas, no había gorro de baño, solo estaba la caja. Lo demás sin problemas
