"We arrived after a very long day of travelling to discover they could not find our reservation. It took a very long time but eventually we were given a room on the 3rd floor to be told the lifts did not work. I have some health issues so this was not ideal for me but we didnt have a choice. I have to say the staff were all very nice and friendly and very accomodating. The negatives for me was the bed was very hard didnt sleep too good for the 3 nights and doors are so heavy when people shut them...

"After booking, 3 weeks prior to our visit, we noticed that we booked for the wrong date (actual visit would be a day later). Within 45 minutes after booking we contacted Expedia, who in turn contacted the hotel to change the date, but Mantasaly would not except our change for a day later, eventhough there were rooms available. "This is not a nice hotel! The pictures are misleading, it looks like they are probably several years old. The hotel is much less inviting now. I guess it would be fine for travelers on a limited budget who don't mind very basic accommodations. The grounds were untidy with visible piles of garbage, the rooms were spartan and uninviting - the place looked more like a barracks than a hotel. I took one look at the place and my room, and left to find another hotel, even though I had already pre-paid....
