"Staff were sooooo lovely! My 2nd time back here and the service has always been the same. The only thing I would say about the property is that there are no phone lines in the rooms and no information booklets but the staff are so friendly and always willing to help so wasn’t really an issue for us. Will be coming back again every year. "
