Η βίλα ήταν πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και πρόσφατα επιπλωμένη το 2015 με μια πολυτελή πισίνα και σαλόνι που προστέθηκε πρόσφατα την ίδια χρονιά. Τα παιδιά σας θα έχουν το χρόνο της ζωής τους να εκτοξεύονται και να παίζουν στην πισίνα ενώ θα είστε σε θέση να κάνετε ηλιοθεραπεία και να χαλαρώσετε στο σαλόνι δίπλα τους, φροντίζοντας παράλληλα να τα κοιτάξετε!
Η Βίλα διαθέτει συνολικά 6 υπνοδωμάτια και 4 μπάνια, χωρισμένα σε δύο όμορφα διακοσμημένα διαμερίσματα με 3 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια. Ένα μπάνιο διαθέτει ντους, ενώ το άλλο διαθέτει μπανιέρα και τα δύο έχουν WC. Περιλαμβάνει επίσης δωρεάν WiFi, δορυφορική τηλεόραση και κλιματισμό σε κάθε δωμάτιο. Τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν μπαλκόνια ή βεράντες με απίστευτη θέα στην γαλάζια θάλασσα και τα ένδοξα βουνά της Κρήτης.
Οι χώροι διαβίωσης και τραπεζαρίας κάθε διαμερίσματος είναι ευρύχωροι και διαθέτουν σύγχρονο στιλ με καλυμμένες βεράντες στο βόρειο και νότιο τμήμα με θέα στο ειδυλλιακό περιβάλλον.
Οι κουζίνες είναι μοντέρνες και πλήρως εξοπλισμένες με πλυντήριο πιάτων, κεραμικές εστίες και φούρνους, ψυγεία με καταψύκτες και όλα τα απαραίτητα δοχεία, ταψιά, πιατικά, πιάτα, μαχαιροπίρουνα και γυάλινα σκεύη που χρειάζεστε καθώς και ανεμιστήρες εξαγωγής, καφετιέρες, ηλεκτρικά βραστήρα, χυμούς και όλα αυτά που θα χρειαστείτε για να δημιουργήσετε οποιαδήποτε γαστρονομική εμπειρία επιθυμείτε.
Οι εκτεταμένοι κήποι έχουν πρόσφατα διαμορφωθεί σε μια όαση ηρεμίας και ιδιωτικότητας με νεόδμητους πέτρινους τοίχους που περιβάλλουν την ιδιοκτησία. Το Villa Georgioupolis Beach Haven βρίσκεται στον Ασπρολιανό, ανάμεσα στη Γεωργιούπολη και τον Κάβο.
Ο Κάβρος, η πλησιέστερη τουριστική πόλη, απέχει λιγότερο από 1,5χλμ., Όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε καταστήματα, καφετέριες, μπαρ, ταβέρνες και σούπερ μάρκετ και πρόσβαση στην παραλία.

WHAT AN AMAZING STAY!!!
First of all, the villa was just beautiful, clean and perfect for our large group of friends and young kids. It had everything, very comfortable, clean and was perfect for the kids (aged 3 to 7 months old). Second, our host Mano - WHAT A HOST!!! He made the trip even better, he really looked after us and was so accommodating and helpful. I couldn't recommend him and his Villa more!! I am defo coming back next year!! Thanks Mano!!

There are not enough words to describe how fantastic this villa is! Plenty of space for 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids), lovely clean pool, great location, plus Mano the owner could not be more helpful. We will hopefully be back!

A first class family holiday
The house is spacious and very well appointed and equipped throughout. The gardens at the front of the house are lovely with an excellent swimming pool and terrace areas for sunbathing. Very good parking for maybe 6 cars. The back has a small garden with a very good BBQ, and great patio area where all of us (15) could enjoy dinner. In future there appears to be plans for some development close to the back of the property which might not enhance the view. The house is within walking distance of the very long beach, though we discovered that a short drive to Mike's Oasis was the best area for beach activities. The local village of Georgioupolis was interesting with a number of reasonable restaurants. Above all, our host Mano was first class, attentive and on call when needed. We would have no problem in visiting Villa Georgioupolis Beach Haven again.

Fantastic property with amazing host
We were a party of 14 family members ranging from 6 months to 74 years old. The property suited us exactly and we were so comfortable. On our (very late) arrival we were met at Chania airport by a minibus arranged through the host Manousos - more about him later - and taken straight to the villa where we were met and shown all the facilities. What an excellent villa - over 2 floors with ample space for everyone to feel relaxed. 3 bedrooms on each floor plus 2 bathrooms and 2 en-suites. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. And of course the place was spotlessly clean throughout. We stayed for 10 days and had an interim clean and change of bedding towels etc. Plenty of towels for the pool area which was a delightful place witha big gazebo area for shade. We could not have been more pleased with the villa but the real star was Manousos himself - what an amazing host. From 1st to last he was so very helpful, not only around the villa but also booking restaurants and organising minibuses to get to them, suggesting the best beach bars and generally being super friendly and helpful I can honestly say that without the help and advice from Manousos we would have had a pleasant but ordinary holiday which he made absolutely delightful with everything he did for us I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing villa and wonderful host

Big Fat Greek Family Vacation
We were a family of 13 ranging from 7 to 77. The house was set up beautifully. Open enough for the whole family, but the 2 apartments made a little alone time possible. Mano gave us great suggestions for dinner and daytime activities. He made himself available if we needed anything. Amazing time had by all.

I cannot say enough about the property manager. He went out of his way to welcome and make us as comfortable as possible during our stay. The area is fantastic with a plethora of authentic tavernas and great beaches. The property itself has a great pool and all enjoyed the facility. With a large group like ours, it was the perfect property.

Villa and moussaka heaven
We, a family of ten, three generations ranging from age six to over seventy, spent two weeks at this beautiful villa. There are spectacular views of the mountains on one side and the sea from the rear of the property. Our host Mano met us on arrival and showed us around the spotlessly clean and very well-appointed villa, offering tips on where to visit and eat. The villa is two apartments joined via the entrance hallway providing ample areas for privacy if needed. Two large ground floor terraces, one wrapping around the side of the villa and three balconies in addition to the shaded area near the pool. The volleyball court and table tennis table were well used by all members of the family. Throughout the two weeks nothing was too much trouble helping us book minibuses and even providing a delicious homemade moussaka by his wife Maria – the best we had ever tasted. The villa is kept in excellent condition. Bed linen and fresh bath and pool towels were changed regularly during the two weeks. Toilet rolls, washing powder, dishwasher detergent and washing up liquid were all provided. The pool area is wonderful – out twin granddaughters aged six by end of week one managed a length without assistance and by the end of week two were more competent swimmers than their grandmother. We thank Mano again for providing such excellent service and his team for keeping everything perfect.

Beautiful Villa
Stayed for a long weekend with friends. The Villa was well equipped, looked great and has beautiful views. The best thing about the Villa is Mano who went over and above to help us book local dinners, taxis, help us out when the shops were close on a family day (Greek Easter Sunday). He is extremely generous and a very welcoming and kind host. I highly recommend staying here in a beautiful spot in Greece.

Fantastic Family Holiday Villa
We had been trying to visit this villa for 2 years (delayed by the Covid pandemic) so were so pleased to arrive and find that the pictures we had been looking at for so long matched our expectations and more. First Gaby with her pre visit communication and then Mano and his new wife were excellent hosts. Mano was always available to help, giving us information about the surrounding area and activities as well as making sure the villa was clean and we were having a comfortable stay. Even his wife providing us with freshly baked doughnuts! My whole family of 15, with ages from 6 to 82, had such a wonderful time. The pool area is fantastic for all and sitting by the pool whilst the kids swam and I chatted with my sisters whilst looking at the beautiful surrounding hills is a memory we'll cherish. The colourful lights of the pool after dark were also fab. The villa is away from town so was quiet which suited us great. Although my 82 year old Mum had to be driven to town, it was close enough for most of us to walk to the tavernas in Kavros and even Lake Kournas. The rooms were excellent and we had plenty of room for our family of 15 with the kids on bunk beds or on the sofa beds. There were plenty of places for meals or to sit and chat, around the pool, on balconies or at the back of the property where there was an excellent BBQ area. The kids just loved the pool, ping pong and volley ball area. Would thoroughly recommend! Thank you Mano.

Large Family with teens
We were 3 families with 15 people staying in this lovely home. The home is actually 2 separate units both with their own kitchens. We were very comfortable, and our teens particularly loved the outdoor amenities of the pool and volleyball net. The views are amazing- if you look one way you see the sea and the mountains the other way. We hired cars and drove to the beach that is within a 5-10 minute drive. We also loved the town surrounding the lake. We found this location to be ideal as we were close to the beach but could also drive about 45 minutes to Chania in the evening. Mani, the owner, and Gabi, manager, were always available to answer questions. Highly recommend, and we would certainly stay here again.

We took our family away for our 60th birthdays, had all the kids and grand kids with us (14 people), and we couldn't have had a nicer place to stay, the grand children lived in the pool, the Villa was lovely in a nice location and was everything we hoped for. The owner Mano was amazing, his wife even made us cakes for the Adults and one for the children, i don't think we could have gone anywhere better. Gaby arranged all the transfers for us and helped if we needed anything else, truly an amazing villa and we shall be returning, thank you for helping us make the most wonderful memories. Highly Recommend this Perfect Villa!
The villa is PERFECT! We were a group of 14, 25-year old school friends and this villa provided exactly what we needed for a fabulous and memorable holiday. It is in a rural, peaceful location, between the sea and the mountains and with relatively few neighbours. The pool area is stunning, with fantastic views, enough sun loungers for everyone to relax and a beautiful shaded area if you need to get out the sun. Inside, it is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and the kitchens are well-equipped with everything needed to make group meals. The two apartments work really well for big groups. There is an awesome BBQ and plenty of seating out the back. The volleyball court and ping pong table was a huge bonus. The fresh water lake is a 5 minute drive away and is beautiful! We rented pedalos one day and had a long lunch at a taverna overlooking the lake. There are food shops and tavernas close to the villa, but hire cars or taxis are needed. Gaby and Mano were so helpful, kind, discreet and very tolerant of a big group of friends who were excited to be on holiday together! Thank you.

Georgioupolis Beach Resort Heaven
An absolutely stunning villa with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday in beautiful surroundings. The location is fabulous just outside of Kavros Beach to be peaceful and have great mountain views but close enough to the tavernas and shops to stock up on goodies for the fantastic BBQ. We were a family of 10 with youngsters 20, 40 & almost 60 yr olds who all had a fantastic time with not one of us wanting to leave. Mano & Gaby really looked after us and keep the place spotless and are very discrete but extremely friendly. Can’t recommend this place highly enough and we are sure to visit again soon. Thanks for a lovely relaxing break👍🌞

Gorgeous villa with breathtaking views
I stayed at this beautiful villa as a group of 12 to celebrate a special birthday. It was wonderful from start to finish. The owners couldn’t have done enough for us from arranging airport transfers, gathering shopping and even bringing us home late one night!!! A huge thank you to both Manos and Gaby for everything you did for us. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at the villa and have no hesitation in recommending it. We were a family group of 11, ranging in age from 21 to mid 60s and the villa worked really well for us. While 2 apartments, they are integrated and well set up for a large group. We used the downstairs living area and the upstairs was really just used accommodation. The villa is modern and clean - there was a very comprehensive mid-week clean with new linen etc, which was nice. We loved the pool area and tended to start each day there - it had all day sun (but with shade if we wanted it) so was good to return to in the evening. Gaby and Manos were great to deal with - helpful and friendly and we used most of their restaurant recommendations. We also appreciated that the villa had basic items like dishwasher tablets, laundry powder, etc that we didn't need to get in. The location also worked very well for us. We walked into Kavros (to the bakery, for an evening meal) and to the beach and along to Georgioupolis. We went to Lake Kournas and (unexpectedly) had a great time on the pedalos. We went to the south coast twice - to Loutra, which was lovely, as we were meeting those of our group who walked the Samaria Gorge (recommended), and to Preveli Beach. We also went to Rethymnon and to Chania, and around the close-by mountain villages, all of which we enjoyed. We all had a great holiday and thought Crete a fabulous destination. Beautiful property, great location, lovely holiday
We were a group of families with adults and teenagers and it was just right for everybody. The villa is clean, comfortable and well managed and the pool area is a great place to relax and have a good time - table tennis is a real asset! If you need to organise a trip or if there are any issues, Manousos and Gaby are friendly, helpful and available (without disturbing your holiday). If you prefer to eat at home, the kitchens are well equipped and the environment is perfect for a big family meal. There are plenty of restaurants, too (we really enjoyed Kavalos Taverna at Lake Kournas) if you prefer to eat out. The beach is 800m to walk to with free sunbeds, water sports and a lovely bar. We could not have had a better holiday, so thanks Manousos and Gaby; we will return, if you'll have us!

Don’t hesitate to book this house
We were a group of seven friends. We were all looking forward to a memorable trip to Greece, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful. We had a day mid week that we decided to just hang by the house and enjoy the pool. It was so relaxing... Gaby and Mano could not be better hosts. They introduced us to someone to set up a trip to the Samaria gorge. They also recommend GREAT places to eat. My friends asked them to set up a breakfast as a surprise for my birthday, they did an amazing job. They made our stay a great one.

We loved the house and the pool area! A truly fantastic house!! We didn’t had time to use the volleyball court or the ping-pong table. Manos and Gaby were very friendly and helpful. You need a rentalcar to shop groceries. It’s a 5 min drive. There are at least 2-3 rentalcar firms in Asprouliani. However we did rent ours near Chania AirPort. You can easily walk to the beach in 10-15 min. I will recomend this fabulous villa to all our friends if they planning a vacation in Crete./Johan from Stockholm

Great stay, great house and excellent service
We were three generations on a family trip (from 2 years to 70 years), staying at the house 1 week in early October. What you see in the advirtisement is what you get :) All bedroms were of good size, clean and with well-functioning air condition (which is important when you are from Norway, like we are) Pool area is excellent! Sun all day on the pool, and also good opportunities for sitting in the shadow in the sitting group area (for those preferring that). Close proximity to grocery store and a very nice beach, well suited for both children and elderly. Mano was truly an excellent host. You can truly feel that it's important for him that all visitors have a best possible stay, and he responded within minutes when we had questions. Also good recommendations on where to go, boat trips etc. So I can give my best recommendations!

Family-friendly holiday home
We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful and well-equipped house. There was plenty of space for both social gatherings and alone time for the extended family of 16, and several good outdoor areas for shared meals, relaxation and activities. Both the pool, the volleyball court and the table tennis table were used extensively. The covered seating area by the pool was lovely when the day was at its hottest. A very pleasant host contributed to top experiences. We received good information and suggestions for activities and restaurants in the local area. He organized an unforgettable barbecue evening to celebrate a family anniversary. He also put us in touch with a provider who arranged a fantastic private boat trip for us with sightseeing and swimming from the boat. We can recommend this holiday home warmly!
