Cozy apartment Vinea

Our apartment is located in a central and quiet residential area, ideally located in the south of South Tyrol between the center of Eppan and Kaltern am See. There is a small lawn, reserved parking space and a garage for bicycles (with a socket for e-bikes). The most popular destinations such as B. the Montiggler forest lakes (bathing lakes) and the numerous castles and palaces are easily accessible on foot, by car or by public transport (bus stop 300 m, bike path 500 m away). In the immediate vicinity there is a large bike shop with bike rental. Appiano is a paradise for bikers and hikers. Look forward to relaxing days in the 70 m2, modern apartment, consisting of two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with living room and a large bathroom.

Wunderschön - perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben uns in Eppan sehr wohlgefuehlt, die Wohnung war perfekt, genauso wie die Umgebung… wir hatten wunderschöne Ausflugsziele in naher Umgebung und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento spazioso, moderno e ben posizionato. Perfetto per chi ama camminare, andare in bicicletta e bere del buon vino. Al suo interno tutto il necessario per rendere piacevole il soggiorno. The apartment is clean and well organized, and in a great location for adventure in the Dolomites. Great to have parking on-site, and a lovely view!One note—different from other VRBO in Italy, you need to provide your ID ahead of time. Apparently this is something regional.

Wir haben eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit vollständiger Küche vorgefunden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 4Parteienhaus. Das ist dann nicht so schön, wenn man selbst am Essen ist und der Obermieter die Garage nutzen muss. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Kommunikation umgehend, Übergabe über Schlüsseltresor. Das Haus liegt am Hang. Man darf beim Autofahren keine Angst haben

Schöne, moderne ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral und ruhig in der Nähe zu Bozen und anderen Ausflugszielen. Der Ort Eppan ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hat uns alles geboten, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Sehr schöne Fewo in Eppan.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die barrierefreie Wohnung ist auch an heißen Tagen sehr kühl. Die ruhige Lage war sehr erholsam. Durch die gute Anbindung ist man mit dem Auto schnell nach Bozen und Meran gefahren. Die Altstadt von St. Michael ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Wie beim letzten Mal ausgezeichnet!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist offensichtlich, dass die bisherigen Gäste sehr sorgsam mit allem umgegangen sind, denn alles ist intakt wie neu. Schöne, saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, alle Geräte und Geschirr sind vorhanden und sauber. Die Sauberkeit überzeugt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist nicht so perfekt, das Quartier/Umgebung und Zufahrt haben uns nicht so gefallen. Sitzplatz mit Blick auf Garageplatz. Uebers ganze aber gut und empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Genau richtig für uns. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr reinlich.Von der Wohnung weg haben wir einige Wanderungen gemacht. Für das Auto ist vor der Wohnung ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Deutsche TV Programme waren so ziemlich alle vorrätig. Und das WLAN hat auch sehr gut funkioniert. Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung um Urlaub zu machen.

Mit Hund ist die Umgebung nicht so gut musste immer mit dem Auto gehen ausser am Morgen es hat fast keine Grün Fläche und am Tag musst du Angst haben bei jedem Haus kommen Schäferhunde und oder Kampfhunde ans Tor dass Ich und meinem Hund nicht so gefallen hatte.sonst war alles bestens Wetter Wohnung Essen Super lg D.Radchle
