"I absolutely LOVED my stay! The hotel service was awesome. I had an issue with my booking and they went above and beyond to resolve it. The room was really lovely. The only downside was that the water had a bad smell and the AC unit made a loud intermittent buzz that was a bit hard to sleep through...but it is a medieval village after all, so there's that to take into consideration.
