"I like the location with easy access to Yumbo and a few nice dining areas. The property had limited parking but street parking always available and free. It was off season so very quite and adults only was a bonus. The breakfast was good but repeated everyday so could only have for a couple mornings. Rooms very clean and spacious"
"Nice apartment & room. It’s a bit hard to find though, even for a local taxi driver. And the keys are confusing..which key is for which door? Also I didn’t know where to leave the keys when I left..it’s not possible to lock the doors & post the keys back through a letterbox.
But I would stay here again as the room, apartment & bathroom are all fine :) I do still recommend it : )"
"So happy with our stay at Casa León Royal. Super great service, quiet and calm - exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was really good (only thing missing was a really great coffee). We had fab weather in February (25 degrees and not a cloud in the sky) with no wind whilst it was quite strong winds down by the ocean. "Very spacious apartment. None of the furniture seemed worn-down, despite having an older style. There is only A/C in the bedroom, which is not a problem if you are not staying in the apartment during the day. The bathroom was also spacious, shower pressure was great. The toilet did not flush well. My room was located on the street where there were some small clubs. The music woke me up every night around 4am unless I wore earplugs and played white noise. I stayed in the small annex building, so...
"Don't think we've had a better stay in Gran Canaria. The place is fantastically located close to all the best places in Playa del Ingles. With the pool, mini golf, tennis and pool bar we had everything on-site we needed. The apartments are charming and comfortable, and good air conditioning!

"This was our third stay at Club Vista Serena and we couldn't recommend this hotel enough- the apartments are so spacious and clean and amazingly comfortable, they have everything you need and the air con is one of the strongest we've had in any holiday abroad!
The TV is big and very modern and links to your phone and netflix, and the kitchen is well equipped for full self catering requirements with a massive fridge and a decent size freezer too!
