"Upon arrival we received an upgrade to a family suite on the13th floor, room 1311, which had views over the harbour. Great room with plenty of space consisting of open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and each room had on-suites. The room had everything needed to be self contained (including washing machine liquid and dishwashing tablets) and made the stay very comfortable.
The roof top bar area with, 360 views of the city and habour, is a fun place to end the day and the free snacks, when purchasing drinks, is a treat.
Thank you Ramada, we greatly appreciate the upgrade, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your suites and stay again when visiting Darwin."
"Great gardens. My door key would not open the Herbert St pedestrian gate, which meant I had to walk around the corner and come in the front. And there was no attempt by staff to rectify the situation. Very disappointing for a resort hotel of this quality."
"I loved the place get location great staff i would suggest that a bit of maintenance should be done. For instance the room i stayed in 1/2 the sliding was missing..."
