"Great place. Great location - a couple of blocks down from the Silos. A little noisy - train, dog barking throughout the night next door, and someone working one their car at 2:30am (revving the engine like a maniac). Could have been a little cleaner - hair in the shower drain. "

"We loved staying at one the Fixer Upper houses. Everything we needed was available. The neighborhood was a little disappointing but we all felt safe. The backyard was nice for our youngster, but some overused toys and other items could be removed. Fresh paint is needed on the front porch and back door."

"We were in town celebrating my Mother in law's 70th birthday. This house was very convenient for visiting Magnolia and all that Waco has to offer. It was fun to stay in a fixer upper house, we ended up watching the episode of this house while staying there one night. The owner has worked hard to make the interior resemble the finished product of the show. The only "surprise" was that the bathrooms were not as updated as I was anticipating, but they were clean and functional."

"Perfect stay for a family of 5 with a dog & cat! House was exactly as pictured and extremely clean, you would never know pets are allowed in the house. Beds were comfortable which included a comfy roll-a-way bed as well. Although we did not utilize, the kitchen was nice and seemed well stocked. Big yard, perfect for dog to run around in. Something that came in helpful was the basket of medicines/first aid that I found by accident in the bathroom cabinets but low & behold we had a unexpected...

"This house was so cute and clean, conveniently located in an area not far from Baylor at all. Very comfortable beds. My in-laws did say that the battery for the fan remote in the master didn’t work, so they didn’t get to sleep with a fan, which they didn’t love. Other than that, perfect place to stay. "
