Bom mas pode melhorar
Vamos lá, o custo benefício do hotel quando comparado aos outros é bom. Gostei do quarto, confortável e aconchegante, o ar condicionado bom, banheiro bom, água quentinha. A limpeza do quarto certinha também. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e acolhedores, disso, não tenho o que reclamar. Os contras foram em relação: a água do café da manhã, que tinha um gosto ruim, estranho, não sei explicar, da mesma forma o café, que acredito que utilizavam da mesma água pra fazer, gosto ruim. O outro ponto é em relação ao corrimão das escadas , enferrujados e a algumas cadeiras da parte do café da manhã que também estavam enferrujadas. Ajeitando essas coisas fica excelente.

Ruim, a pousada temática decepcionou bastante, para começar o quarto nao possui local para apoiar ou guardar a mala necessitando ficar no corredor. O ar condicionado demorava bastante a gelar. O banheiro impossibilita um banho adequado pois a agua do chuveiro cai no vidro ao inves do chão, tirando o fato do box ser minúsculo (tal questão foi relatado a gerencia em todos os dias - porem foi informado que nao era possivel trocar de quarto). O banheiro tambem havia cheiro de esgoto. Nao recomendo a hospedagem a menos que seja uma escolha puramente financeira O cafe da manha é Ok, e funciona ate as 09h30 porem caso chega a partir da 09h talvez nao encontre reposição ou frutas - fato que ocorreu a nós e a outro casal que estava conosco na estadia, sem contar o excesso de moscas no local.

Os funcionários são muito educados, a pousada tem todo o seu charme e temática. A fata lua, para quem ama pet é uma tração a parte. Pontos de melhoriam seriam as acusticas dos quartos.

Ruim. No quarto, quando chegamos, encontramos toalhas de banho sujas que estavam molhadas. As outras toalhas que a pousada ofereceu estavam com manchas de sujeira, sendo uma das manchas parecida com mancha de sangue. Há um frigobar que não adianta de nada, pois o quarto só tem energia quando se conecta uma chave numa tomada, porém sempre que o cliente for sair deve deixá-la na recepção. Isso faz o frigobar esquentar. O quarto só tem lixeiro no banheiro e o banheiro é muito pequeno por sinal. Uma pessoa por vez. Consta, na descrição da pousada, que tem estacionamento, no entanto, é apenas uma área aberta na frente da pousada onde cabe apenas 4 carros. Estacionamento de verdade não tem. Por fim, no dia do check-out (2h antes do horário do check-out) a camareira ia entrando no quarto (com a chave dela) sem bater na porta e sem a nossa autorização. Isso aconteceu duas vezes.

Estadia Decepcionante!
Local bastante antigo, necessitando de reformas com urgência! logo no chek in, deparamos com um forte odor de esgoto, perdurando durante os três dias de estadia. O banho é simplesmente ridiculo, a água cai em conta gotas. O café da manhã muito fraco, sem opções, as poucas que haviam, demoravam uma eternidade para a reposição. Quando no check out deparei com várias baratas passeando pelos corredores! Resumindo para ser ruim tem que melhorar muito. A nossa sorte é que foram apenas 02 noites de estadia, não suportaria nenhum dia a mais!! A gerente foi atenciosa, contudo, aparentava estar conformada com os problemas pontuados! Não recomendo esse local!
